Residential complex with good amenities n best play areas for children .. very much family friendly and specially for old / aged ppl

No visitors parking is a big negative. The complex is nice and green but recently the ground that Rustomjee gave as playground is now being used to construct another tower. This will congest the area and cause lots of noise pollution. Even traffic wld increase as the roads are too narrow and not designed for so much population. Also theres another bridge connect the back road to the main road linking to east west bridge. All these factors will kill the serenity Rustomjee area in coming years. Beauty of another part of mumbai destroyed by greedy builders, politicians and corrupt BMC officials.

Houses , park, walking area, garden, all are good but no parking for guest is very frustrating. Moreover residents of the apartment are not co operative to adjust for the parking issues. The security also needs to be trained better for better record keeping and surveillance to ensure people are save.
