Very accessible building.Staff is very good and help you with all the needs very well.Neatly maintained area.

Romell Diva is a good housing society . Neat and clean spik and span. Alert and soft spoken watchmans . Only getting into the lane is bit confusing. Rest is good.

Major issues with car lift and schindler lifts. Keeps breaking down despite many complains.

We stay in the building. The flat specs are good , locations is well connected except the developer commitment which has failed to fulfill whatever he commited. Any prospective buyers, pl speak to existing owners about their experience before you finalize decisions. All commitment fails with the developer post you buy the flat.. the product quality including amenities are substandard

Very nice apartments

Visited the site couple of days back. Its worth buying apartment here at Romell diva. Its the only ready to move property in near by vicinity. Rooftop amenities and view from higher floors are breathtaking.

There were certain issue of cleanness but Romell Group has asked JLL hospitality team to complete the same. It was done soon and has been maintained..love to stay at romell diva!!

I recently visited my friends home in Romell Diva and I was mesmerized with its rooftop swimming pool and other amenities with breath breathtaking views.

Recently visited Romell Diva, flats are big and spacious, i and my family liked the flat, sales team was helpful and informative. wanted to buy something in OC received project.fell this is the best.

Car lift and passenger lifts always breaking. Also quarrelsome petty minded residents like Fhatnis in 902. Leakages in most flats due to cheap quality materials. Not recommended

Car lift and lifts always not working. No park and power back up as promised by builder. No 24/7 water. Society also not being formed.
