I was purely impressed with the finish they provided for the end product and using the concept of open kitchen smartly to make every residence spacious and not only in the sense of aesthetics but also in a more literal sense.Rizvi Builders has provided all amenities as well, from swimming pool to indoor games, everything is there.Rizvi Cedar in itself is a very well planned and executed property but from bird eye view, one may start to find problems i.e. the location. No doubt that in the coming years kurar village will be developed but in present terms, as the reality stands, Rizvi Cedar has a huge slum area in its backyard, which one can easily avoid by just going for front side apartments.But as soon as you get down there is no public space or a market in a 10 mins walking radius. One might even walk more to get to their desired place, but walking back is the real culprit, as without personal vehicle of any kind, it will be difficult if not more to climb that hill.One who is not fond of walking and regularly uses his 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler, for them, Rizvi Cedar is a complete package as it also provides a very convenient short and quick link to Western Highway.

Beautiful society, flats are also very beautiful view from your window will make you fall in love. Security, society everything is fine, they provide all amenities like playground, gym, swimming pool, personal parking area is reserved for you. Your parking area is reserved for you only. Overall I really like this place. Really close to the western express Highway.

The biggest advantage is...it is on a raised place, one can say it,.. a hilltop. No water logging. Space management inside rooms in apartments is Superb. 1BHK & 2 BHK Flats available for a good price. Amenities are also meaningful. Yes, the parking places are typically calculated. One has to see whether his parking space is suitable for him or not.

Construction quality is good. 1bhk & 2 bhk flats available. amenities gymnasium swimming pool club house. possession in December 2020.

The quality of building material seems good. Video calling door, modular kitchen, geysers available. False ceiling upto some extent is done here. Swimming pool, seperate gym for male and female, indoor games, small kids play area.

Best budget project between Borivali to Goregaon. The builder has provided all necessary utilities in the house such as modular kitchen, LEDs, provision for AC, aquaguard, boilers in both bathrooms, top notch toilet and bathroom fittings! This project has 3 level basement parking, 2 gyms (seperate for Men & Women), swimming pool, club house, garden, 3 lifts per wing, the quality of construction is top notch! The locatilty of the project is quite peaceful and really safe even at midnight.This project is just 600 metres from Western express highway, and 2 km from Malad station. If someone is planning to book here I would recommend to book through Mr.Prem Dubey, he is really helpful, honest and a very calm person. Its my privilege that I got a chance to book here!
