Good building with decent amenities. Nothing extraordinary. There are many such building now a days hence not much distinguished. Near Vickhroli station adds to its advantage. The people commuting by train does have advantage living here.

Great apartments with splendid security and gym, swimming facilities. Theres a lovely the view of mountains when you are inside it. However location is good in terms of hiding traffic but due it being closer to railway tracks, constant train horns can be really bothersome.

Best place to live with family in vikhroli, a good gated community with round security and the amenities also good. Walkable distance to vikhroli railway station and nearby to r city mall and d mart also.

Parking full space nice building

New building, new people, less interaction, one tower fully taken by SBI.

It has three wings , one fully taken by SBI BANK, it has a swimming pool and club house . It has two gardens and and a jogging and walking pathway for the same. It does not have a vegetable vendor facility and other facilities are also at a walking distance for ten mins . The wing receptions are very big and modern with cctv camera facilities all over the premises. People are good and caring . Half of the building is rented and for paying guests .Buildings are 19-21 floors respectively . It is located just opposite to Bombay tyres and near to Raj legacy . Now a metro station is going to be construed just outside the building which is named as Surya nagar metro station. The building opposite has stationary shops , sweets and snacks shops , medical facilities, dairy facilities and many more . It has a supermarket at a walkable distance of 5 mins . All flats in this building are balcony flats and the balconies are very big . It has 2BHK as well as 3BHK flats . A single floor has 4-6 flats . Each has different square area. Vikhroli station is just at a walkable distance of 10mins and the big R city mall can be reached by 15 mins .

Located at LBS Marg Vikhroli, this is one of the luxurious apartment I have been too. Security is tight, of course it is protected by high end cameras everywhere. The view from your balcony wont disappoint. People are very good over here. Theres a well maintained gym, swimming pool, garden, enough space for a walk too. The society is very strict and hence a happy place to stay !

Have gym, swimming pool and garden with jogging track and play area for children.... Rcity mall at a distance of only 2kms..... Hometown & Central at 500 mtrs.

The building has plus and minuses. The location near Vikhroli railway station is biggest plus (10 minutes walk). Flats are spacious. The biggest minus is located near train tracks. People having blood pressure problems or having babies should avoid living here.

Two tower complex, overly rated, not really worth the rate owners demand for resale. But good cool place to stay.

I used to stay at A701 Raj Splendour, suddenly one day my landlord told me society is having problem with bachelors. So he wants to get his flat empty within 7 days.NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR BACHELORS. Society see you as you are a terrorist.

Nice, clean and peaceful place to stay in Vikhroli West. Supermarket, medical shops, bus stop and Vikhroli station is just at 10 mins walk. Hometown - the 24 hrs mall is on the next lane. Also, quick connectivity of International Airport.It has 2BHK and 3BHK flats with 24 hrs security, club house, gym, swimming pool and huge parking space.

Good but surrounded by maybe not so secure environments

Located on LBS marg in Vikhroli west this apartments are well organized with tight security, gym, swimming pool and a classic Garden. They also have substantial amount of walking track around the complex.

Nearby ATMs of various banks, apartments of Navy, Godrej Ind are available here. Walking distance from Vikhroli Stn. R City Mall is also nearby. In short close to perfect apartment.

New building... Well connected - Convenient for Central line, New Mumbai and Western line commuters also due to Metro... SBI officers quarters in two wings out of total three wings... Always better to have educated neighbor...😀
