A nice housing society. People are nice over here. Parking space is less. Its difficult to identify the wing(A or B). Lifts are old and slow.Rooms architecture and spacing are good as compared to Mumbai standard. Not an issue to get room for bachelors. Even one can share the room with opposite partner, society doesnt have any issue with that.

This place is good....Its a quite and a posh area....Rather this place is closest to the Saki Naka metro station and u have a bus stop and a rickshaw stand outside

Nice building. It has swimming pool. The gardens and lifts are not maintained. It has leakage problems in some parts of the building but overall the society is pretty good.

Amazing place.. The entire society is such clean n calm, sometime I dont feel like to come out of that place..

Worst Society of society managers. Too harsh and biased society, no recreation, no functions only rules of parking and long due maintenance bills of owners. Just like small Pakistan, in complete debt with useless secretary and similar ranks of people fighting each other. Residents cant even walk in the premised after late dinner, as if its curfew specially if you arr tenant in the society, were as flat owners are like king. Dont rent or buy flat, in the good of all.

The flats are spacious and there is open car parking but there is no playing ground for children but there is a garden and the society is not well maintained

The society i recommend if any relative is there must visit its very nice place in sound city like mumbai.but rent and sell of the rooms may be so costly.if yoou went there you wi find shops are not closeto the building.safe place.i recommend.
