Clean and well maintained society. Very quiet lane with no traffic and honking noise. Front flats get a beautiful view of mountains and the sunrise, back flats get uninterrupted afternoon sun and sunset view.

WORST building to live in collectors colony.. OVERPRICEDPeople here have issues with themselves..I stayed here only for 5 months and left the society..Two wheeler parking is a big issue..And four wheeler only Hatch back can be parked if you have Sedan than please park on the street..Building terms are dominated by two brothers who earlier owned the plot..all of a sudden they started charging and selling two wheeler parking also..This building have proved unlucky for many people.. this plot has 20 flat and in my 5 months time I have seen 6 families shifting out of the building because of one or the other issues.If you want a peaceful life I will never recommend the place..try finding flats in other building in the same area..

Not recommend for family...Tiny Bathroom...Non co-operative and dominating landlords...family frequently shifting out..
