Planning is good. Amenities are fabulous, but surrounding is worst.Dont expect to get fabulous panoramic views from your windows, if you are planning to buy house.Approaching road and Surrounded by all the slums

What a lovely looking place right in the middle of BKC. Transports you to Paris with the names of the streets and the iconic Eiffel tower next to the pool.

AMAZING PLACE I LOVE IT

They were so rude to me and my boyfriend when we just wanted to enquire about the housing facilities and when we asked them if we could go and visit the café, they just straightway yelled at us and shood us away.Although the building looks magnificent, the staff on the other hand has no empathy.

Nice place to stay. We went as guests.njoyed the ground floor decor...just like Paris..Effiel tower etc.

I will start this with their own quote Work in BKC, Live in Paris. This place is good place to live as the flats are quite spacious and also the construction design of whole interior of building will remind you of Paris. Be it small Eiffel Tower or French architecture, you will find everything at this place to make you feel like Paris. Absolute and stunning design froma external and internal. Also, it has a big swimming pool in middle of the Building. Also, it house Squash court, Tennis court, Gymkhana. It has all the means to enjoy a peaceful and luxurious life. But there are some negative point also that i want to bring to your notice. Surrounded by MHADA on one side, slums on the other, the locality of the building is not that good, view from window is mithi river from main gate, slums beside main gate window and from gate no.3 window, you will see surrounding buildings. Also, the workers fight among themselves to wash cars and for laundry. But the security check is quite good and also facility management. Most of the flats are still not sold, also some have sold it after few months of staying. Major advantage of kanakia paris is their spacious flat at very decent price, it has 18 floor storey.If you dont give a damn about the locality then this is the best place for you in terms of space and cost. Theres a international school at a walking distance of 5 min named Ascend International School. So, in terms of education also, you will not be going anywhere. You can find it beside building only.

Eye pleasing light setting and beautiful lobbies. The views from the windows not great. Quality of construction inside the flats not upto the standards given the common areas as so well done.

OC recieved, Gym has been the Best! Cafe is excellent.

Kanakia Paris is a very good building to live with family. Kanakia Paris is twenty story building and also the last building of BKC towards kala nagar. Kanakia Paris building has almost all amenities like .Gym.. swimming pool.. squash court..table tenis.. billiards . Skating. And many more. Kanakia Paris also have facilities on rooftop like . dedicated bar be que area..a dedicated skating area. dedicated children play area. The also have dedicated sunset view sitting Kanakia Paris is also having one restaurant and grocery store

Location and appartments are good

Lovely place with great amenities and great people. I only had to wait 32 mins for abhishek to arrive.

Drainage above construct this building. Water lock or heavy rain or any natural calamities risk is more to stay and gate 3 slum backside all slum more and mithi river side drainage smell . Design of construction is good and phone signal problem is there. Resale property price is coming less and more inventory is there. Bandra and Paris design inside is excellent like 7 star hotel . Good security and few plus and minus point this building to take decision many buyers. Remaining is fine.

Kanakia Groups project at BKC, Kanakia Paris, is a grand residential complex with architecture inspired by the Parisian culture. The replica of Eiffel tower and the interior designs are amazing to look at. It has amenities like gym, swimming pool, tennis and squash court .Though the locality could be a little disturbing due to slums, overall it is a good residential complex.

Beautiful complex with amenities within the premises. Surroundings are a bit unhygienic due to the dumping area and the slums around which makes it slightly difficult to travel at night as well. Am sure the complex authorities will work towards this area and change it. Overall a good residential complex with all facilities like swimming pool, gym, club area, and more within the premises. Being a guest at this complex, this is all that I know about the place and can share here as my review

Eiffel tower of Mumbai. White is the theme. The entrance lobby is grand. Ample valley service and assistance at lobby. Mechanised car park well. Maintained. Lovely pool. Many expats live here. Each loony main doors white in colour gives a good impression of 5 star stay

Its an amazing residential building which looks like a five star hotel when you make an entry in it. No doubt, it is a luxurious building and so the people living in it. Well connected to WEH through a new link road from BKC. There is vast area of parking as well for the visitors.

Kanakia Paris at BKC has a good landscape, its theme being the city of love, Paris. Amenities like gymnasium, games zone, amphitheatre take care of recreational needs. All in all, it is a superb project.

Pros: Great property. The best gym ever. Proximity to BKC is awesome. Some amenities are good: swimming pool, TT, pool, squash court, barbecue, etc are all good.Cons: There are slums on two sides. Also, builder has promised to take care of water logging in some places. Seepage and moulds might make the building worse. Apparently builder is working hard to rectify these issues. Hope to see a positive resolution soon. Builder also delivered less than promised. for example, terrace was supposed to have a jogging track but right now you can barely walk there. Will think twice before buying an under construction Kanakia property in the future.

The architecture is really good along with the theme of paris but the problem is that it has been builded upon a canal(gutter) Such that even a slightest of eathquake could destroy the whole project. Think Before you buy!!?¿

Kanakia Rainforest is very close to the nature. Where we can enjoy the fresh air. They are providing more nos of amenities.

I’m one of the residents. No doubt the building is outstanding, However there is no signal for any network (jio, Airtel, vodaphone etc).We tried to communicate to the management several times but no resolution.We cant receive a single phone call as soon as we enter the building and in the apartment as well. Signal is so weak that even if you have Network bars on the phone, your phone is useless.

I just went to the coffe shop there today but the waiter said this place is only for the residents who live in this building. The other are not allow. What!!! I have money!!! just want a cup of coffee with some good quality in this area where really hard to find a good cup of coffee.
