Best place in Bhandup to live specially for tenets but flats facing railway lines is not good because of sound

Nice place to live.... All the time there is breeze.Only problem is sound of passing trains

This place is good and the society is huge with enough parking and gated security and a huge garden and play area in the center but the only thing is closed to railway tracks. You will keep hearing the trains running. There is also a school within this township. Bhandup railway station is at the walking distance of five minutes. The main gate of this colony is on LBS (Lal Bahadur Shashtri) road.

One of the best societies I have been too. The only problem is that the train next to the society is noisy. But there are benefits like a train station, medical shop, hospital inside the society, a school right in front of the gate, atm very close, etc

Good, well maintained complex, just besides bhandup railway station, prime location. Has a school, club house, canteen and a full fledged mall.

A sophisticated chawl . this building is built by the very infamous HDIL corporation. Yes the real estate firm responsible for the closing down of Punjab Maharashtra Bank. The infrastructure is pathetic and poorly incorporated. The building spacing is low and the flat facing is a joke considering the privacy of people staying there. A hall is faced by a bedroom of some other flat. The ameneties are scanty and the ones listed in the buildings blue prints are not provided or maintained.

Its a part of dreams hdil bhandup project. A gated premium segment housing complex of 1,2,3,&4 bhks with pool, clubhouse, gym jogging track, underground parking. More than 1000 flats are there. Posh community. Very close to bhandup railway station. Security and surveillance are good. 1 bhk with a carpet area of 400 may cost you around 1.2 crores.
