No doubt flats are really spacious and beautifully constructed.but the 3bhk view is little down...highway facing is awesome..

The construction is very poor and low quality. The houses are well ventilated but because of faulty architecture the doors bang and damage the walls.

I find the property very promising . A very grand entrance and so many lifts, cleanliness.Gym, swimming pool, TT room all r very good. Flat is also spacious but the only thing I didnt liked is all flats are facing slums.The first thing in the morning U will be seeing these slums.Its not a small area but big area in front of all balconies.That lowers ur mood.

I am doing interior design in this tower. Loved the architecture and the soothing ambience it creates behen you enter the lobby area.

Cbre needs to do proper maintenance. Ive been complaining about plumbing problems in the flat for more than a month but it has fallen on deaf ears. Each time I get a new date of problem redressal and a new allotted engineer to solve the issue but nothing happens. Sanitary water leaks from above flats into the common washroom making it extremely dirty. Am issue of this seriousness is taken lightly and ignored.

Poor construction quality! Many complaints from Sarova complex about leakage from bathrooms to the bedrooms of majority of the flats constructed after two years and are yet to be attended by builder. Never expected such from Shapoorji group.

It is a residential area. The place is good and has all the amenities.

The tallest and highest tower in Thakur Village. Good and Clean apartments, swimming pool, garden and kids play area.

Amneties are good and one floor almost dedicated.Problem is with lobby of floors, it feels really dark and no natural light.But Biggest Disadvantage are BEDROOMS, even after getting@ 850 carpet, u get 10x12 (120sq ft), with no additional duct for cupboard.Imagine 6 ft bed & 2 ft cupboard ( 4ft with open doors of cupboars) total 10 ft is ur bed n cupboard and that is width of bedroom. bedroom feels like a cramped railway coach with attached nathroom.Very poor architecture in terms of bedroom part.Kitchen and Hall are the best you can get, this design is excellent. Balcony is very good but when u see bedroom u heart really sinks as why so much space wasted here in balcony.

This building mid to higher floors have absolutely terrible/no cellphone range, irrespective of the operator you choose. You wont get or will be able to make calls. Imagine your phone being out of reach all the time. The society management team are also not looking into solving the issue. BE WARY!!

Very good Complex. Finally, some Bandra pali hill kind of feel. Very well thought out and ample space for parking and recreational activities. Good ventilation all round the year in that area so hope it transition in home setting as well.Biggest buzz kill is road and incorrect location for the entrance. Some practical solutions are much required and urgently.

One of the first project completed by shapoorji in western suburbs but delivery does not match their brand name .compared to other builders delivery was almost on time , the quality of construction appears to be good though possession still not takenBut the builder is asking extra money than what agreed in agreement which is against shapoorji brand and unfortunately no revert from the ceo after repeated reminders
