Perfect view of powai lake, very near to hiranandani garden and some of the fine dining restaurants

Cheaper place to rent in Powai. But tough to live as bachelor.Too many restrictions by society, prior intimation needed to invite opposite sex friends, no late night delivery to doorstep and awful guards with worst attitude.Only plus point is the Powai lake view (depending on the apartment).

Some of favourite people live here! It’s gotta be good!

Mhada complex is near to sm shetty school there are many towers few namely 22a the nest 22b 23c Himalayan chs its cheaper to elsewhere in powai on a rented flat

Thes is a government society thes society is managed by municipality. All comom facility are available here ex. Electricity,Water line, etc Many Rooms are available in these socity with proper parking arrangement

Complex and apartments are good, cleanliness is not well maintained. parking is very spacious. The location of this is in prime location.

Decent houses. Just apartment buildings and a badminton court, nothing else. Proper and continuous supply of water and electricity. Quiet society.

A not very peaceful but cozy place. Well connected to roads.. and nice surrounding

This is near SM shetty school. There are many building inside. Good society, with vigilant security guards.

Very bad experience as a tenant, especially when you are a bachelor. I am living overe here for last 3 years but societys behaviour is impolite and rather rude when you approach them.Unnecessary restrictions which are not defined logically. If you are looking for a place to rent, would recommend to consider that as one of the last options.

Very affordable​ locality to live but nothing fancy. Buildings are quite old but proximity to Hiranandani gardens and market area is close and society is good enough to stay but not to own an apartment.

Located in a plush locality. Powai lake offers serenity and a small get away. Well connected. Iit market is good. D mart offers good shopping options. Hiranandani just adds to the charm.PS Go to powai lake for walk if you are ok with ppl showing affection in public. I had a harrowing time when i went with my wife and mother in law.

It is a good society for the bachelor as well as the family to live in 🖖 local transportation is readily available and is near to the heart of Powai!
