Rules are strictly followed to maintain discipline. However, society is quite considerate on many occasions and ready to help. Gym and club house is available for Harmony members.Society is bread and butter to brokers as majority flats are on rent.

Been living here for over 20 years now and have made some quality connects, friend and most of all memorable memories. The society does not have much to offer but you will find it gives the perfect homely vibe.

Harmony is the most pathetic society to live in. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would do that. I have lived in Mumbai for a long time now and in 4 different respectable societies. I never had the kind of terrible experience I had at Harmony.1. The society has inconvenient, illogical and stringent rules which they expect you to abide by 100 percent. The rules aren’t to provide convenience to the residents but are to designed to make their lives difficult.2. The society Committee is extremely authoritative and act as if they own all the flats and the residents in the society. So, it’s difficult for any self respecting individual to live in the society. In the middle of the pandemic, I was threatened that the esteemed society committee could cancel my NOC with immediate affect.3. The brokers in the area aren’t willing to deal with the society as the society has designed a long and tedious process with a number of forms. It felt like I am applying for immigration to another country with the number Of forms and interview processes.4. The tenants aren’t allowed to park their vehicles in the society even if there is plenty empty parking slots. In fact, the tenants aren’t allowed to even park their vehicles for 30-60 minutes in special cases (e.g. when Raheja sewers are being cleaned and you are asked to remove the vehicle from the road). Being parked outside the society, my car windscreen was broken once and got scratched by a number of vesicles. So it is definitely not safe to park outside. The society takes no responsibility and doesn’t show any flexibility to the inconvenient rules they have created.5. The society Committee has complete right on the residents. They harassed and created a special rule for a particular resident to do a police verification for her visitors. Later, on questioning them, they relaxed it to giving a written notice and sharing a copy of Aadhar card for all her Visitors 24 hours in advance. Mr Prakash and Mr Lucky - the esteemed society members assume full right on residents. You may wonder if the resident created some issue. In fact, the resident is at a very respectable position in her organisation and doesn’t part, play loud music or drinks. In fact her visitors were also fairly limited - 5 visits in a period of a year ! If the society committee decides to single you out, they assume full right to do so.6. The society Whatsapp group have extremely polarised and violent discussions at times, without keeping in mind if they are hurting anyone else’s sentiments.You would now notice that a number of apartments in the society are vacant. Much more than as compared to the other RV societies. There are serious reasons associated with it. The Committee members, society manager and the guards misbehave with the tenants and are least bothered that the owners do not get their rents if the tenants leave (in the esteemed society member’s own words).So, in a nutshell- if you are a tenant or a woman or someone from the minority or just a self respecting individual, this is not the place for you. If you love your peace of mind, there are a lot of societies in Mumbai for you, this surely can’t give you that. Ironically, in harmony (society) you can’t be in harmony.

This society does not get any benefit of Raheja Vihar as they have blacklisted Harmony over some payment issues. Also do not stay in A 403. The owner doesnt refund the deposit amount and uses to cover his own expense like painting, repair etc from tenants deposit

Good apartment. Parking is available around the circular road. Most people are friendly and friendly to tenants but not all. Security is good. Water availability is good. Quite crowded road in morning when school buses arrive. Security guard takes your Amazon deliveries. Helpful in general. Decent space around the apartment for jogging in morning.

Not good for tenant, no dedicated parking for tenant even after paying a rent of 30-35K P.M.Security guards are unprofessional.
