Its a residential place and there are many shops available thats good but you will find spots where many young girls and boys smoke

Amazing place to live, everything is just in 100m range. With movie theaters and upcoming malls. Lot of food places n restaurants to choose from and McDonalds is cherry on the cake. Different kinds of foods available here to choose from. Medical, plants, foods, groceries, eyeglasses, fish, cold storage, aquariums, estate agents, dispensaries, almost everything you need is here.

This review is for Mosshi....a small resturant located here. The only place you can find sushi in Vasai....and they do a good job of it. The other dishes are as delicious.

The building are very bad. Only Tanker water is available. The lift are very dangerous (not safe for children). The security is very lazy and weak. There is no authentication of stranger who get into building. Anyone can walk inside the building. The security is LEAST bothered to ask about identity. There is a park for kids to play. Also parking is available outside the building. The parking road is very bad.

It is a very good complex and is self sufficient within it self. You can get everything inside l, like a doctor, restaurant, school, snacks ,ice-cream, club, cinema, ATM. The crowd is usually very good. Roads are wide. Buildings are well maintained and have gardens.

Agarwal Complex is gud. In terms f theatre, restaurants, snacks corner, sit dwn n relax wit frnds etc. Bt, in terms f open vehicle parking. Ur car is nt sav at all n luking out 4 flat. U hv only boring water through tanker. Thts all.

The township is quite an amazing place to spend time many cafes and restaurants are there to fill your tummy...

One of the best residential complex in Vasai with commercial space at the ground floor. The complex has a Multiplex Cinema , a Club House and a few good restaurants & food joints.

Awesome area, popular hangout spot for the young. Cozy quick bite places like pic a bite, the goan Cafe and Cafe Brosten are present here. Housing is lovely. Also a theater and a sports club are present. Mcd is also close by to it

Good garter complex which is not near any Railway Station

My college is dere so I enjoy roaming about there and plus it is 1 of most developed areas in Vasai wid new places for eating food

Poor construction quality (using sea water which is against the law) . Zero support from builder. Once society is handed over you can not even reach to its staff. I bought a house, there was a leakage within first 2 months. Builder repaired it saying its a permanent fix. After that every year during rains there is a leakage. When checked with plumber, it turns out to be a construction fault. Cost to repair such issue is more than 1 lac, which builder should bar, but builders is not contactable. Society is unable to help as this is a huge cost. i am really disappointed with doshi agarwal builders and would not recommend to any body.

Roads are bad. Water conditions are not good at all. Tanker water and access to rickshaw are not very near by. 15 min walk atleast to get to main road.
