Bad experience, wasted my 1 month and did not provide my sanction letter by saying that it will be given after disbursement or if one want it before disbursement then I will have to pay 5500 Rs. Without knowing the Interest rate how can one proceed. They want us to believe their Verbal promises.

Long distance from station. No auto available for return to station we walked 5km to reach railway station no mode of transports are Available. Construction is also poor quality. Don’t buy flat here if you don’t want to waste money. My father in law purchased a flat which was under construction in 2011. And its now December 2018. Still we are waiting for possession. They promised us to give possession in 2013 or 2014. It was big mistake of his life to purchase a flat here. No facilities available as they shown in advertisement and in brochures. Not even worth 1 star.

The place is so good. It feels quite close to nature. Have great complex, good amount of parking area, have nice lawn for functions. Overall good place to live.

The residential complex is very quiet and the construction is good. All the common people have affordable flats.OnlyIt takes about 27 minutes walk from the original Vasind railway station and 15 minutes by trainRickshaws and other travel facilities as well as supermarkets are lacking.Its okay to have your own house here, but you need to have your own vehicle

You always feel like looking at the dream of a house, always have an open space, a lot of green areas, and all kinds of nature. Now everything in urban life will not get all of it, but in the midst of the beautiful nature of Vasishta, the beautiful Vaastu Society will get an incredible experience.If you want to have a clean, clean light in the house and want to play in it, what more do you want?
