Doctors are well but they have hardly time to interact with patients. Other management is worst than government office in india. You have to wait for everything in everywhere for billing, insurance, getting bed etc.. no one will properly guide you . Just treat like typical gov office.

Mr Ganesh from the admission counter is the worst person to deal with. He will make the patients feel that once they are near death then maybe only maybe will they proceed towards admission.

Experienced doctors are available in OPD.Professional & courteous staff.But few doctors are keen on targeting patients for unnecessary tests and to seek attention as if they r selling some product.Charges are over inflated.For first visit you have to pay 2,220/-Very time consuming. Wasted 3.5hrs for no reason at ophthalmology dep. Unnecessarily keeps manipulating patients. Pls take some second opinion too and not to be totally rely upon them.Overall okay, also ovid protocols were followed properly.

Worst place ever. The lady security is pathetic who is in the afternoon shift. My mother was in the ICU and she dint let me in. After a lot of hazzle she let us in by then my mother lost her last breath.

I have 100 pc trust on this hospital and doctorsThey are always humble and patient oriented.Once I landed without proper appointment for histopathology which needed specialist and on request the billing staff after knowing I came from navi mumbai, he himself called the histopath and requested to attend me.I have never seen such ownership in medical line.Their doctors are very much trustworthy!

Doctors might be good as my family has been visiting this since years, butThe person at the OPD INFORMATION DESK ,if asked a question.. will answer that He doesnt know and we should ask the doctor directly(doctor who is busy or Is conducting a surgery).. this has happened a lot, so today when I asked and he replied saying that He doesnt know, I replied to him saying but this is the information desk..,He without any hesitation replied back, Yes! But this is only here for Payment and nothing else.Why fool people, arising there expectations for getting to know about something while people on information desk dont know anything or act like they dont...???

OPD facilities are great here! Wish it was less crowded.

The ground floor of the OPD building is well-designed. There is a ramp for ensuring smooth entry and exit for the elderly and differently-abled. The reception counters are spacious for patients to collect reports, confirm appointments, etc. The platforms around the bust allow patients to fill the forms. Despite the rush and host of activities going on in the area, it does not look crowded. And that is because there is space in each of the wings where patients are awaiting their turn for the procedure or to see the doctor. The common area also has a Help Desk to assist patients and the area is also used for transmitting socially relevant and educative messages.One of the exits takes you to the cafeteria, where one can sit and have vegetarian snacks.The staff is courteous and helpful

Absolutely ridiculous experience. There is no who will help you with the right no. To connect to the right department. They keep transferring and then disconnect the call.

One Star for the great doctors here. Otherwise the OPD is too crowded. All types of patients sit in the same small waiting hall. Even those who are well will fall sick due to people coughing around. People with contagious diseases are in the same hall with you. Beware.

Did the MRI report and they didnt care to send a scan copy to the email id. Additionally trying to reach the MRI department but they are not responding at all. One operator is giving multiple numbers and that numbers too are not getting picked up. Unfortunately the MRI department has worst service.

I visited hinduja hospital with my friend on 22 sep 2017.His uncle is suffering from mouth cancer and they got treatment in hinduja hospital since oct 2016 under the onchologist and onchosurgen.Hospital have two building one new and one old which is just opposite to each other at both side of the road.Hospital is full of patient and there attenders.Hospital security is very tight and they search each and every person from below to top.BEfore going there we call and ask him.for appointment of onchosurgen and they give us date of appointment.we go there on the date but the onchosurgen is not come due to some reason but hospital staff satisfied us with the junior

Good place for MDR tuberculosis evaluation

Doctors don’t value patients’ time. They make you wait for 1.5 hr after scheduled appointment. Had a specially bad experience with dr. Rohini Samant. My appointment was moved to a different day first. On the day of the appointment, she made me wait for 1.5hr to be seen by an assistant and simply left.

The Lab in in the opp building to the main building. The process for getting lab samples tested is to first go to the opd counter(right after entrance) get the tests identified, pay for same (at mail entrance) and come back and show the receipt when the sample will be collected at opd counter. The reports are emailed to id provided during payment

Very Disappointing.travelled from Dubai. And had gone to meet Dr Balakrishnan- rheumatologist at Hinduja to take a second opinion on my ankyloysis spondylitis. But unfortunately he failed to get a real understanding of my condition. He told that there is nothing wrong, and all that was needed was exercise. But my spine joint is getting fused and affecting my whole body nd my day to day activity. It is difficult to forget nd lead normally. Am HLA B27 positive, and highly possibility of inflammation. Never to visit the doctor again. All the time and effort to no use.. reply back Dr.

WORST service from TPA of the hospital. I changed to an another hospital because of the poor service from this bald TPA guy. First he dont answer when we ask something and when u call them no one picks up , even the help desk coordinator who transfers the call, told me that TPA dont pick up the call.
