A Very Good Resort with some enjoyable rides and a great wave pool. It also has unlimited food with good taste. Also the staff were really good and helpful..

Great ambience good food best for one day picnic, staying there is costly

This resort is in vasai road near by highway and there are so many pools. But in this resort pool is not so deep and the lunch is not proper in lunch pizza there. Locker are also there and the locker charge is 200 rupees. 100 rupees for deposit and the locker size is small. They are not maintaining the cleaning and the charges of resort is minimum.

Well to describe Royal Garden Resort, its one of the Family Resorts where Only Males / Singles are not allowed. Its a good resort to go for one day picnic specially for group.We went to Royal Garden Resort in group of more than 200 people for one day picnic.Let me tell you, it was amazing specially at the price at which it is available.You dont have to worry at all about food, as they are offering Morning breakfast, Buffet Vegetarian lunch, Evening Snacks. On the top of it, they have kept unlimited Gola (crushed ice with syrup on top), Pizza, Pasta, Popcorn thru out the whole day.Let me now tell you about Water Park, there are good slides and swimming pool. The rain dance with music is also arranged.Moreover there are two more things, small Amusement Park for children and Fish Pedicure to relax your foot (on chargeable) basis.I liked the Management, they way they handled customers and was well organized in short.I saw that they have rooms also for over night stay (in case if you want to), and a banquet hall.To summarize, we really enjoyed and had great fun at Royal Garden Resort.I would definitely recommend this place and its amongst must visit place in my list.Please note, non vegetarian food is not served in resort and alcohol is not allowed inside the resort.I found that someone has rightly described Royal Garden Resort asAn Ideal Destination to Leave Behind The Hurries and Worries Of City Life!

Nice place to spend holidays

Royal garden resort property is looking awesome from outside but inside when i stay for 1 night , i notice few things which i want to share with you. I booked 9 rooms but in few rooms dont have setup box, ramaining tv setup box are deactivated. Bathroom also very conjusted. Besin not working in any room, food test are ok , when i visit resort , then i really shock after see frog inside the pool its not clean, water is clean by clorine but as i saw i think its not change from many months. My skin is start tanning after i coming out from pool. Resort rides also not enjoyable as i think. Rooms balcony also not clean.balcony window slider not working.

I want with friends we enjoyed a lot. The service is good and food is also good.

Went with family and friends last month for 1 day picnic. . Had a great time .Water rides are decent for all ages. Veg food was very tasty and hygienic. Decent crowd management. Worth the money. Will recommend for all . Can improve cleaning and vacation overcrowding by limiting entries .

The resort is very easy to locate. Its next to western express highway. Water rides seems good. Climate also pleasant. Cant say no pollution, but definitely much more clean air at this place.

Its a great family resort to go for one day picnic. They offer morning breakfast, evening snacks on top of that there is free gola, popcorn throughout the whole day. Park has good slides and swimming pools there is rain dance with good music. There are rooms available for overnight stay. Management there is very good and helpful. Overall great place to visit with friends or family.

I and my husband visited this place with deluxe room booked. Ground floor Neat clean room with balcony.the noise of water park was not heard so it was quiet .trees in front and door side of room gave a nice cooling effect. Front door and balcony door gave a good amount of cool cross ventilation .hardly we felt the need of AC though it was hot outside. Room was also cooler. Reception gave us good quick service.houskeeping service was prompt.We ordered sizzler,veg soup,seekh kebab. Sizzler was very tasty and not dry. The pizza at warer park also tasted good.The waiter was kind enough to serve the sizzler..Our stay was quiet pleasant and satisfied .

It was nice. Food was included from breakfast to high tea. But there was some functions carried on in the premises and it was highly irritating. Was not able to njoy dj and music.

I did big mistake of My Life by going to Royal Garden Resort.i personally recommend you to dont go for it.and dont waste your time and money by going to Royal Garden resort. I dont know why they dont allow the group of boys.so i recommend you to choose another resort.its like a family resort, so There you will see only uncle and aunty everywhere.

Never viasit this place after major holidays like Eid or Diwali. Not even after exams are over as this place is over crowded.

Assistant manager very rude. Allows few people to take eatables inside the park and not allowing half people rule should be same for every one. Ladies Wash room not clean when asked to clean the answer was lady cleaner is not come for work today. Timings mentioned are online 10 to 6pm. In the park written 10 to 5pm. And they asked every one to empty the pool by 4.40pm.all the rides are closed between 1 to 2.30.and then by 4.30 they close the rides for the day.online there are good offers and discounts but when you reach there they dont give any discounts. Once people reach there they dont have any options we have to pay whatever the amount is.total experience very bad.

Pathetic and unhygienic place ever seen. The staff was unfriendly and careless. Please check before going whether any school is coming for picnic or not. There were more then 5 schools children unattended were there. No special service was provided for general public, our children were standing in long que even after paying 700. Schools teacher were shouting at our children. No Manager was available to handle any sort of mishap.Most of the slides were not working.Hope they improve in future after this review.

This place is great to enjoy with your family friends collegues. 3 huge swimming pools few smalller ones. Rides are only a few and steps are lil bit unsecure please insure safety while walking on steps. Free food offered includes Breakfast, Pizza, popcorn, noodles, ice cream, paan, tea-cofee, free lunch, and then at evening free snakes like pav bhaji, biryani, pulao and much much more. Have Fun!!!

Royal garden resort is good place if you are around Mumbai n Thane....in very small place they had managed to keep maximum number of slides and water pools...food is ok....good place for kids and families can enjoy food and water at one place.

Water quality is POOR few pools wall are full of GREEN ALGE and many slides joints are miss matched due to which IT PEELS OFF OUR SKIN my child and me got skin peeled of twice. The best thing is its FOOD QUALITY and service only dashing car is in working condition and rest other two are show piece not working . FIVE STAR FOR FOOD.

The resort is really just for kids... just 2 big rides + group visiting the park should have a atleast one female as there rules state...you would complete all rides by 12 and then feel bored for other time..Even i felt the wave pool was small...

Most crowded and management is worst. Campare to ticket issued by management the park is small. And due to crowd the water is dirty not good for ur child . Food quality is so so worst and unhealthy. Pizza and pasta is just like road side wanna to throw into dustbin. Bad experience DONT GO HUMBLE REQUEST OTHERWISE U WILL SPOILE UR TRIP.WORST WORST WORST.

Just visited this place...on 6th Nov 2017..Mr.Tushar is a gem of a person he sits at the reception..resort is just awesome ..wave pool is just cool to miss...food is 5 out of 5...Inroom dining is awesome and very fast service...its a favorite resort for mumbai people..

Most unhygienic resort I have even seen. My nephew got ill. And was diagnosed with stomach infection. He was hospitalized for a month to get cured .
