Its a nice place to spend a weekend evening. The garden gives a good view of the Powai Lake. These is no direct access road leading to the bottom of the waterfall, but there are some walking trails leading upto the falls.Parking: 2 wheeler parking available inside.Food: No establishments inside, but you will find some hawkers.Time you can spend here: 1-2 hours.If the garden was managed well, it can attract more footfall.

Very nice, green, eco-friendly place in Mumbai. But, citizens visiting this place must follow covid appropriate behaviour. Govt authority should implement the same strictly, till pandemics is over.

Big Garden managed by BMC staff , Previous it had a small zoo inside it , currently it has got lot of greeneries ... Powai Lake view , An overflowing Dam in rainy season. Best place for jogging , relaxing . People come for fishing as well . Couple like this place the most . Still some areas of this garden is not constructed under development .

Excellent garden for morning walk, evening walk just beside beautiful Powai lake. You can do your morning pranayam here without any noise, with soothing chores of birds. You can enjoy boating at Powai lake too. Sitting at the bench facing powai lake for 30 minutes, will make your day better.

Lets start with the good things here:1. No entry fee2. Lots of trees3. Several seating areas4. Dam and few good photo spotsBad things:1. Accessibility- very far from public transport2. Was disappointed at the entrance itself- didnt feel like a beautifully maintained park, just a regular govt park3. NO DEER- at least I didnt see one, so incorrect nomenclature of deer park4. No direction boards to guide.5. Lovers everywhere, like literally everywhere, hiding and cozying up in every nook and corner of the parkNow for the scary part- while walking through the jungle area, we didnt feel safe and had to walk back. Saw a dilapidated house and looked in and saw a mentally deranged man sitting there.Not a safe place!Not maintained!Not worth visiting!

Garden is very spacious with lots of variety of plants. This garden has a jungle feel and is very environment friendly. Very good for exploring. Powai Lake view is great with an embankment overflowing during rains. Overall nice place for visiting atleast once.

I would recommend this place everyone who want to have some fresh air. This place for every age group. I visited this place early in the morning on Saturday , there were children , uncle and aunty. There you can do your yoga by taking your mats. They also have some open gym machine for exercise in park.

Wow! Its Amazing the water falls at the park side is outstanding. I thought the lake may filled with waste water and how come I enjoy the scene. But in reality its far beyond my expectations about Mumbai municipal corporation. The lake and its neat water and water falls all together is fantastic. Is a place for nature lovers. Its not only the responsibility of municipal corporation but also the people of Mumbai City as well as the visitors like we are also responsible for the cleanliness of the lake and park.
