Although then equipments and ambience is above average the trainers here are highly professional. I opted for 3 months personal training and am quite satisfied with my workout plans designed by the trainer. I have interacted with Dinesh Sir and Ashish Sir both of them are good trainers. They ensure to bring the best out of you. Apart from their personal client they guide the general members so well I mean i havent seen such approach in any other gyms.

Great trainers, they make sure that you dont get harm while doing workout. They supports and shows correct direction so its become easy for those who have join the gym for the first time. Good atmosphere. Worth!!

Never join this gym. They take money for personal trainers and then from next week you can’t find anyone. Have been following up with them for a solution. But it feels it’s how they fraudulently operate.

Really feeling sad for one of my most favourite among all the authorities in the that is Vinit sir he was a very very kind person and he always made gym environment very energetic talking to him was making all the gym members more energetic to do their workout because he had proper knowledge about every workout and had provided a very nice and awesome diet which helped me very much and to the other hand all the trainers in the gym are very kind and helpful who have very proper knowledge about all the workout and muscle and equipment I love taking training from all the three sir Amar sir Harish Sir and Rohan sir overall love this gym very much and really proud to be member of 3 fitness Indian gym thank you

Its a professional gym with good equipments, its raw and old school which makes it a good gym for heavy lifters and fitness dedicated ones if you are interested to join this gym get trained under Ashish sir he will help you to reach your goals.

Nice gym. Machinery is out dated but the trainers are so well educated that they get the best out of you even with old equipments. Really worth the cost as trainers and over all staff is very helpful and friendly you fell like its your home.

This is one of the good gym in ghatkopar.gym trainer are so co-operative with gym members there are two different section for boys and girls but cardio section is common. Gym opens at 6 am and close at 10 pm.you can go any time ,no restrictions for time, most important thing is gym trainer are so helpful they guide very well
