Its located near Mahalaxmi Temple , Opposite to HP petrol pump. Offline Vaccine available here but you have to reach around 6 AM for token which is provided at 10 AM. Very clean place. Supportive & helpful staff.

The temple is situated in Mahalaxmi area of Mumbai. The temple is so neat and clean and if you are looking for peace this is the place to come to. Situated right outside the Mahalaxmi temple, this temple can easily be spotted from the main road. It is very beautifully built both inside and on the outside also.

This temple is very nice and very well maintained. Though it is near Mahalaxmi Temple, not many people visit this temple, this is ironic. This temple is beautifully crafted from inside, white marble flooring, amazing wall and ceiling paintings, nicely articulated messages on wall. As not people visit this temple (and whoever visit maintain silence), it is very nice place to do meditation. Must visit if you are visiting Mahalaxmi Temple.

With the divine blessings of Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa and Acharya Swamishree, the extension and renovation work of Shree Swaminarayan Temple - Mahalaxmi has commenced.On 1 April 2009, Acharya Swamishree performed the rituals for the grand domes, shikhars, to be broken. Just as they are ceremonially installed on the Temple, it is required by Hindu Temple rituals for them to be ceremonially removed.There has been a need for additional facilities in the Temple and the associated guest house for many years. Acknowledging this need, Acharya Swamishree gave direction to the mahant of the Temple, Sant Shiromani Shree Divyadarshandasji Swami, to obtain the required permissions for the extensive re-building work. The Temple floor itself will become lager, and new floors built for meditation and holding spiritual seminars and debates. The capacity of the guest house will be doubled and various other required facilities will be created.The construction of 13th floor of the building has recently commenced. During Acharya Swamishrees visit to Mumbai in September, He inspected the construction works.

The temple is maintaining a guest house. The rooms are very dirty & there is nobody to attend the problems of guests. The receptionists are rude in behavior.Most of the time lift remains out of order.

Swaminarayan Temple Near Mahalaxmi that people are very rude and bad in behavior, they treat temple like 5 star hotel, yesterday we went there , there is two main gates one is from mahalaxmi side and one is from main road, we and from both gate bojnalaya is near by only we entered from mahalxmi side gate and with is 80 years old aged grade paa also , at that time one of some swami told dont enter from this gate entre from other gate which is on main road , and its too much far away, we request our grade paa is not able to walk that much then also they didnt allow , and bojnalaya on just front of that gate....its very bad and rude behavior, temple is not for like to treat as a 5 star hotel, we are donate money not for this kind of behavior for people and hari bhakts. temple is not built only for swamis and mahants, we donate to temple for common people and haribhakts , and this kind of behavior are not acceptable
