I recently visited Rustomjee Urbania. I was happy to see most of the people wear mask. Also people are taking care of themselves and also others. Best thing is they give life to the local dogs, cats now (more than before). Proper distance is maintained at most of the places.

The CRM team is not responsive , had booked a flat in L wing which is under construction in the year 2018 . The RERA date is 2024 and the builder claimed the date of 2022 DEC back then but now is constructing at a very slow pace.There are other projects that started at the same time & are half way through in Majiwada.I will not recommend you to spend your hard earned money on them

Location wise this is the best place. About 3 km from Thane station. The elevation of the building is not really good. All buildings having same yello colour is overpowering. Facilities ssems to be good. There is a regular.auto stand too.

High rise with nala all around. Quality of construction club house is good. Flat dimension are good. But entrance is worst as you hv to go in building like railyway station by passing between vehicles

Rustomjee Urbania is one of the Happening Place in Thane for Residential Purpose... Mosque and Market are located Nearby.. We can hear Azaan clearly..

We regret pur decision booking flat here.Post sales service is pathetic.The sales team provided details are not in agreement and then you are on verbal communication can not fight with such reputed and big builder.The interior flat amenities quality and fixture is not good and you have to chase repeatedly.Never mentioned about car parking system in agreement like Independent/Puzzle/Stack/mechanical and only says parking space which we didnt get any idea during booking.The car parking size is inadequate to park big size SUVs and in future have to deal with the society.The overall township is under construction and lot of noise and pollution and it is mentioned in the agreement so you can not fight.The township roads,farming garden have access to non members of complex,and people from outside enters in garden,people from outside are parking in this township.No proper view from some flats as builder now developing new towers around so the view has been blocked,you can only see the other flats.The township has lot of dogs and they are in the parking areas and even in the entrance lobby.The township has lot of mosquitoes and some have faced dengue fever.Post possession the service is pathetic and no revert on mails.And it is difficult on individual level to fight with such a reputed builder.

I have been resident of Rustomjee Urbania for almost three years now.Positives:Only township project completed in Thane with most of the amenities promised. Best configuration for large 2bhks with high carpet to built up ratio. Extremely peaceful and good place for kids of all age group. During pandemic times the society has been extremely helpful in managing the situation.NegativesClose to Rabodi and do jot have a clear differentiation between the connecting road and the township.The outer roads get overcrowded due to the access given to Rabodi...need to be careful with kids due to heavy four wheeler and two wheeler traffic.

Very pathetic lease team. They never tell u the term n conditions. I came here several tym to visit flats , to do registration, agreement papper work and all but the unprofessional lease team never let me now any term or conditions, after shifting here and staying here for 20 days , suddenly they read their rules book and come out to teach u the term n conditions.they were sleeping before, they are paid to just do the fraudulent only. Such unprofessional behavior of them. Higher authority should look after those money eater cheaters and take immediate action... shifting here we waste our money, tym and efforts even lost the trust on So called team! Exetremly un tolerable.

Well, firstly, speaking about the buildings, there are many of them. Azziano, Atelier, Acura, Aurelia. Theres an international school too. You can find Azziano convenience stores such as medicals, milk center, general stores, gift stores, etc. Eden supermarket, near Atelier is good. The other towers do not have stores. You have to walk there. Theres a good, smooth road connecting all the towers. But, outsiders from Rabodi, especially kids with cycles are causing trouble and nuisance. And the roads (the whole complex infact) here have become like a film set 🤣. Its bad. The security dont stop them. I dont know why.

Nice complex with nice management staff to solve all the problems of resident living der..as I have recently done interior of 2 bhk flat..

So I was visiting the building for some work where we have to make an entry to get inside the lobby. The Security over there are very Rude and are not responsive. They make you wait in line for 10 minutes and work very slowly.

So we have booked our dream home in Urbania Azzianno K - possession in 2020. Whatever we had seen looks great... Waiting to be a part of this big family. A bit costly but then it is a premium residential complex

We were promised two separate parking by the sales person but they gave us two stackable parkings. The quality of the flats is ok for the amount they charge for. bigger flats are facing gutter which they had told us that they are going to cover it. Plans of the total complex is not so good. Also Rustomjee had mentioned that it is a gated community but it is in fact very open to outsiders except for the podium. It is only the name is big. Worst plans of buildings in overall

Thanes Talest towers at Eastern Expressway

Cheap n low quality items are used ,once damaged you cant find it elsewhere.Very irresponsible and inefficient maintanance team.My kitchen door lock was broken 5 days back and I informed the maintanance team to rectify my issue,its not yet been taken care n its been 5 days we r sleeping with an unlocked kitchen door.

The Rustomjee builders are trustworthy when it comes to giving posession and they give you flat keys on time. However the flat quality is not good compared to the rates they charge. Even after getting posession you need to do a lot of follow up with the facility guys to get things done. The posession team behaviour is linieant and do not take things seriously. The other facilities like gym, swimming pool, children play area ,etc is currently closed for COVID safety. This is a security guarded society. The area is fully ♿ accessible with ramps , lifts and ♿ friendly toilets.

Love staying at this place.Very clean and lots of facilities.
