Relaince digital store in sarvoday mall near kalyan station area.

A very well-organized showroom, near the station but away from traffic. It has a good parking space. It is located inside Sarvoday mall, which is not so crowded as most of the shops in the all are either shut or not occupied. The SM5 theater is in the same mall.

The place is good. Just bought a printer from this showroom and the staff was too good. The way they treat their customers is really really good.

AC not working in store ... No proper co-ordination in employees .Have purchased Samsung 55 LED ...Lts see how is the product .Also they are asking for Delivery Charges#RelianceDigital

NOT DESERVE 1 STAR ALSOLady staff standing in entrance asked us If we are going to purchase then only enter the store else dont enter.. What kind of staff owner recruited? It was 7pm, still half n hr was there to close the shop. Who the hell she is going to decide what customer will do.. Customers are purchasing the products so these people are getting salary. We wanted to buy washing machine, fridge, ac... Anyway first n last visit as nobody will like such welcome in store.Owner kindly take a note & ask that lady to purchase all ur store products to run the store n for her salary

Yesterday i purchased daikin 1.5 ton 3 star. price told me was 37990/- including standard installation but in invoice they added 1179/- for unstallation. charges are higher than vijay sales.

All the electronic equipment available here. It is present in Sarvoday mall of Kalyan. Staff is very courteous. Environment is quite customer friendly. Various discounts as per season are available.

There was literally no one in the shop but as usual greeting was made by making sure that I see colleagues chit chatting about their daily lives. I went to one of the rep and I had come to purchase a simple Bluetooth earphone but when scanned showed Rs. 500 higher than the price sticker on the shelf. I wanted to purchase Sony WI-C200 of which price was showing Rs. 1700 but after scanning for billing it showed Rs. 2200. So instead of attending to me or at least for courtesy they could said to me that prices have increased but gentleman along with one of his colleagues started pulling out the price stickers as prices had increased and I was foolishly waiting behind them. This has to be the worst experience in a Reliance retail shop. Kudos team Kalyan Reliance Digital !👍🏽

Hence I can’t use my AC. I had raise my problem to reliance digital and resq both in my he month of September 2019 and now it’s mid Of November 2019. Still my AC is not fixed.

What a third class store with all classless people (staff). Well now Im feeling that this is the problem with Kalyan-Dombivli people and stores here. First of all they wont give you your time and space to search for products. Looks very selfish theyre and thats why always in hurry to sell products. Always will stare you like youre thief or what. About my experience- I had purchase refrigerator on 1st may 2018. Got delivered after 2days(well thats ok). Technicians came after 2days(thats too ok for me). Found some dents on product then he clicked pics and took complaint of replacement.. But most pathetic experience i got later.. They sent new product after a week and that too was 1yr old manufactured. I asked why and that is my right too, isnt it? But they hang up phone.. Anyways they were not willing to give me new product at any cost and tried their level best to convince me. Even their branch manager Ahmed or what? (Forget name) never ever entertain us. And two or three days on leave in week. They will send female staffs to change our mood if were going to cancel that product.P.S.:- My review is totally based on my experience. If you really want to visit reliance digital Ill advise please do visit at Phoenix Marketcity mall Kurla.. Youll see experienced, well educated and knowledgeable guys. Very helping and kind theyre i must say.

I have purchased many house hold items from different reliance digital store in Thane and Mulund, but never face any installation issue .But this store in kalyan is too worst . I have purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier with Rs 1000 more compare to online price . I was assured quick and good service on the next day. But final after a lots of request installation happen after 6 days . I will never put my step to this worst retail store in kalyan. If any one wants to buy water purifier or any other house hold product think before buying. If no alternative and having no urgency , they can be tried for this worst retail store in kalyan.
