One of the Best fitness center in Kopri Thane East. Pool maintenance is done on weekly basis. Staff members are also Supportive. Only draw back is during maintenance period pool is closed for a day or Two sometimes 3 day as well.

Dont know about gym but swimming pool is quite decent and is taken care of cleanliness and staff and coaches are very pleasant and helpful to everyone , its 25 m in length and other services too are decent , some problems are faced in the showers , other than that its fine .

All in one place for exercise and activities, it has yoga aerobics swimming gym etc. Also at a walkable distance from thane railway station east. Premises are clean. Only cons I felt here are the pool used to be closed for most days due to lack of water supply or cleaning. Fees also slightly high. But if you go in group and enroll during the offer time you may get discounts.

Gym, machines, equipments, swimming , trainers are good but reception staff is worst . Taking Covid situation as a benifit they will apply any chargers on their own . Reception staff is not polite . They are in race of making as much as money form members . Without any intimation they will say your membership is over you cannot enter gym from today .Due to lockdown they will give only 50% of membership validity and only if you renew next one year membership. This absolutely wrong. May suggestions search for another gym .

Good place to work out

The gym trainers are worst. They opt to train you on the basis of your looks. They prefer standing in front of the TV and not helping the ones who need help. The dietitian forces you to take diet plans just because she cant make money and the owner asks her to impose her diet plans on all the people. The staff is extremely lazy and needs to be reminded every single minute if we have some work with them. Some trainers are really good as they help you when approached. But some are interested to constantly stare you just because you are a female. The trainers need to understand that we are not coming for their entertainment but we are joining gym to stay fit. The trainers flirts with every single girl and messages them on social media platforms. The gym has no female trainer. The staff and trainers are mannerless and are greedy for money. The gym is huge but no one comes to help you workout. Coming to this gym made me realize that it was waste of money and time. No slight results achieved.

It has Gymnasium, swimming pool, zumba, cross fitness training, and aerobics options available. It is open from 6am to 10pm.The gymnasium is open on all days except on Sunday from 6am to 12pm and 6am to 10pm on other days.

I was scouting for a good place for cardio and lightweights workout specially in the Thane East area, After reading the reviews I was skeptical if i should even visit, however i have a different experience to share.a) The Gym is clean and Tidy , also in case u are interested in cardio they have around 5-6 treadmills , 4-5 elliptical machines & also 4-5 cycle.There is literally no waiting time unlike other gyms.b) The dressing change area is also huge ,they have around 4-5 private closed cabins to change which is sufficient , also the washroom is clean to use there are 4 of them in the womens dressing area.c) I did not find the ac to be non-operational, it was working fine and was slightly chilled too unlike the reviews that is mentioned.d) Parking area is good for 2/4 Wheelers - there is ample space to accomodate at least 4-5 cars easily at any point.In any gym you workout you cannot expect personal training as they come at an extra or premium cost, the general trainers are helpful.I have deducted one star because the area is slightly spooky in the dead end of the road .Its not that scary though.

Ive been training here since past three years. Nitro gym has all the essential machines to workout, trainers are pretty good and certified as well. Air conditioners are not working at times. Swimming pool is serviced every Monday. Long story short, it is pretty good.

I have had a membership in this Gym. The only reason I joined the gym is because they have the best equipments, a pool, kick boxing, table tennis, Zumba, CrossFit, Sauna,etc. Its a huge place and holds a good name. The reason for the 3 star is because they have the worst management and staff. The gym trainers are least bothered to help you specially if its a Male (Females get special attention for sure). At times there is also a lot of maintenance that doesnt happen on time. The AC stops working. Even the crowd here is not great. I havent still got a membership card. So yeah its a great place if you can ignore the negative points. The best thing is the membership fee is not very high and is economical.

Good place to complete workout with swimming pool and spa, however not completely accessible for disabled community. Costly but trainer and coach available.

Good gym but trainers not at all good.

One of the best gym ive worked out in. This is my 7th or 8th gym in 15 yrs of gym going but the only one Ive renewed annual membership twice in a row. Great equipment and almost no congestion.

Worst pool ever to swim in. Everyday I see some or the other foreign objects in the pool, but today, I saw a piece of bone. On informing the staff about it, they were least bothered, and took no action. I have informed the staff over and over again about the hygience issues of the pool, but no action seems to be taken. Even one-star is too much for this place.

Nitro gym! Lol!!! Absolutely worthless place to be considered as a gym. Even local gyms without ACs and modern equipments are well managed than this.Out of 365 days at least 300 days the AC s wont function. Every time u raise an issue the reply is that it will be repaired soon. But no apologies mind you.The equipment has wrongly tagged weights. The poundage of the same dumbbells when weighed on d weighing scale shows different value.For eg if you weigh two 50 lbs dumbells one will show some 22kg and other will show 24kg. Which means extreme high chances of fetching an injury.Now the manager - a lady by the name vandana deshnehare is epic level arrogant, rude, inconsiderate and just lollypop staff of the owner. She has no clue whatsoever is going on. I had joined MMA along with gym and by the time my MMA tenure ended we never got Mats , kettle weights , ladder etc. Whenever we approached her, the reply was write a mail to our owner and mention ur requirements. If me being the member has to write a mail what the hell are u doing there sitting on the chair ?? We wrote an email as well to which there was no response.Also she wanted to change our MMA coach Mr. Sagar who is a champion coach and highly knowledgable fitness trainer. But only when we intervened and insisted he was continued.The gym trainers are cool and cooperative otherwise but equally fed up of the management.In simple words dont just waste your Money. The gym runs only because there is no option for members living in thane east.Burn some fuel but try other options!!! Strictly avoid

Best swimming coaching in the town

Swimming pool is maintained and water is clean. Fees are nominal compared to Other pools in Thane. It has locker facility as well.

Not at all good for untrained kids.Trainers of nitro are not approachable. We as a parent have to tell them repeatedly to look after and train them.
