Very very bad experience.... Today morning my mom ( she is senior citizens) awaiting for test without eating. She called center 8.00 am for testing tht time staff telling somebody is coming lekin thoda vel lagel. When I called 10am regarding this issue one lady told me no one is available and can I send someone 11.00am then I asked her why your staff telling to my mom on 8.00 am someone is coming for testing pan thoda vel lagel.. She simply giving me answer new staff is there and they dont know.I want to asked mgmt of NDC . Is this type of services u r giving to customers? Which type of training your giving to your staff?

It is a nice clean diagnostic centre... found all the staff members very polite and efficient... overall was a great experience.

I dont have pictures to share, but would certainly like to share the experience. We were booked for a Platinum package for our annual health check, which involved all tests and imaging. We were the first ones to walkin today and since the time we stepped-in till we stepped out, we were taken care with utmost warmth and care. The 2 lady staff at the reception, one gentleman whom everyone was respectfully addressing as Mahesh Sir, another senior lady who was assisting Mr. Mahesh all the technicians from Blood Samples, ECG, Stress Test and Sonography, the general physician, lady doctor Aditi Godbole for the paps test and all the helper were extremely genuine, loving and caring. The tests and the crowd were managed extremely well. Inspite of being a busy lab the team deserves applauds for being patient and easy with all the patients. Thank you Team NDC

NDC diagnostic is a very efficient centre. We did our Covid test from them. The safety measures were observed to be as per standards. We received our reports within the estimated time. On the 17th of April, the RT-PCR test was conducted by this lab with the promise of the report being delivered by the 19th of April. Patient being my father, Vijay Bhatkar. However, as I write this review on 3rd May, I still not have received the report. There were several calls made to the lab asking about the report but they didnt care to respond. Meanwhile, my father recovered within the timeframe and when asked about a report to the lab, they had zero hesitation or guilt on sending it 2 weeks late. On asking refund of Rs. 900, as this report does no good to me 2 weeks late, they simply refused, instead said we have the report and can send it to me right away, 2 weeks late.When everyone in the community is coming together to help each other in this pandemic, this little lab in thane is trying to exploit out of patients at their lowest phase of life.P.S. It is ironic that the tagline of this lab is Our belief, Early Detection, and Timely prevention. You should have clarified that timely means 2 weeks late.

If you are rich then you definitely visit this diagnostic centre to let them loot your money just for small test. Staff is good but not so professional as well as they all are Trainee working for thier survival cost. This is very sad to know this type of diagnostic centers exist.

Even after reading bad reviews of visitors about delay in performing testsAndHours of pointless waiting time even after taking appointment prior and lot time before.I trusted them and took an appointment for 2-d echo and also mentioned them about the bad reviews on Google and told themI would not be able to wait after taking appointment.They said ok and called me at 4 but after reaching there they said doctor is not yet there wait 15 minutes.........Waited 20 and asked again the receptionist...She said wait 15 minutes doctor is comingWaited 20 minutes again and asked again she again.......said wait 15 minutes doctor is little delayWhen I was frustrated of all this i started arguing (it was required) then they said they cant call doctor repeatedly as they maybe stucked in traffic.Then they finally called the doctor and he arrived in 5 minutes doctor was good and gave reports quickly Im satisfied on thatBut waiting time was pathetic as I couldnt sit for long time due to chest pain.I have a request call the patients on the time when doctor actually arrives.Dont just call them 1-2 hour prior this is really uncool and unprofessional practice....However Im satisfied with test but leaving a bad review coz I felt what I read in reviews before reaching their place.Its job of receptionists of the centre to co-ordinate with their doctor and give appropriate appointment time to patients.Not just keeping them wait and keep skipping 15 minutes everytime I enquire.You need to improve on this parameter rest is well.Appointment should be treated as appointment not as a waiting zone tagThanks for your service.

As per my recent experience they have good arrangement for handling the customer crowd. They care about customer requirements. This location is easily accessible. I will give 4 star for cleanliness, customer care, periodic update. I have removed one star as they need to check properly about total test requirements before start.

No importance of patient they will take there own time for test .3 to 4 hour waited for Doppler after taking appointment before 3 days.

Very bad experiences. We have took appointment at 10 am. And we are waiting for Dr. Receptionist told us Dr. is at mulund and Will reach in 10 min but he not reached. There is no proper co-ordination between Dr and receptionist. We are west our time even after appointment fixed. Before sonography we received bill.

Diagnostic work process is very fast and staff are so much co-operative .

Very poor response, had to conduct 2d echo test of my father, who was before surgery, first went on saturday, dr was not avialable, was advised to come on monday, early monday morning was called to confirm appointment, evening when reached the place, was informed dr wont be avaible till wednesday, early tuesday morning at 8.45 am call comes from centre, saying doctor will come in morning please by 9.30am, at 9.28 am call comes asking if you are coming, when it was already confirmed we are coming, father reaches centre at 9.33sm ,was infromed doctor has left wont come back again,this is very poor attitude

Unprofessional staff and been told earlier to collect report same day in evening but when I went there in evening, they told me to come after 2days to collect report.What is someone is critical, they will make them wait too?Please avoid.

Very unprofessional environment. They do not use gloves while handling blood.(no bar coding of samples).Staff performs their tasks(taking ECG), inattentively -as If they are cleaning vessels ! (So called Doctor talking on phone all the time, while the technician was taking ECG)The physician is supposed to check you- he just asks you questions & fills-in the report. My respect for doctors reduced a few notches further down.God knows what kind of testing they do !!

Highly unprofessional behavior of the staff!The staff made me wait the whole day for my sonography & when it was my turn they refused to do the same saying I didnt have one paper from the doctor about which they were aware of since I took the appointment as my doctor was in another state.A day wasted & couldnt get the tests.
