Its was very nice centre I got my phone repaired in just 2 hours

Best service and the staff was good enough to handle customers.The center has a water dispensar which help people to stay hydrated and clean too.Need to improve: Something For entertainment😎🎭 they should have like TV.TV was there but i believe it was not working at that time.Overall Good Service done.Thank You Team

Experience is good visit in mi mobile service center.it is near to virar west station (subway) next to subway building 🏢 .Staf is good.

Went for replacement of battery was done within 2 - 3 hrs..... Quick service minimum hassle.

Staff in there is very gentle and always make sure to give 💯 satisfaction to customer.

Very Very bad service provider. All the staff make fool to coustomer. They never pick up the call. And also they doing there work timely. When you deposit your phone write down all the defects.Because when you reached at home they say there is another problem. So be careful.

Service is quick.But sometimes a bit unreliable. I had to visit this service centre twice for a minor short circuit issue in charging port.Young receptionists need to learn basics of customer handling. If they are not sure of something then they are in a habit of denying or rejecting customers point. Instead they should consult their supervisor to handle such customers requests/demands.

Staff is worst. They act like its there home and were there workers. The lady who is working there is acting very smart as if she is doing any favour on us. Never visit this gallery.worst service ever.

Employees are not working professionally, I have seen that those going through my personal stuff in my phone instead of solving problems. Even they cant able to properly dignosse the problem.

Service was not good.. the executive do update me about the order which was placed.. after 1 week from customer service executive I cam to know that the Virar service center has not placed my order and was making me fool for 1 week.

Only warranty void customer gets immediate response Inwarranty customer has to wait.......what kind of service.....in the situation of lockdown phone is very important to us. Every customer should get same response weather his device is in IW or OOW......

Useless prople..For free service they ask to wait for longer time and paid service they do immediately.My phone was unable to start. As it is in warranty period, i came to this service center.I reached 10:30am, I got token no 3, they asked me to wait for 2-3 hours. I waited till 2 pm, then again I asked for the same. They asked it will done by 6 pm...Pathetic service...I came back without repairing..at 2 pm..For very small problem, they are taking entire day, just because they need to give free service...

Ok not fast service..and now also first take online appointment...

Quick Service Provided to me. I had taken service im my mobile warranty period. Staff was full support Punctual in their time.

Best service ever in the India.. I got my mobile in one day. Mobile main board changed about the problem of headphone jack fault. Staff is good knowledgeable and helpful alots. Communication is so good with staff girls.

All my queries were dealt with utmost patience from technical difference of MI USB cable to charger. I went to Vasai but was highly Disappointed. I am really Thankful to them. Great and patient staff.

Worst employee there, dont handle customer properly.

I went there at 3 pm n came out at 7.15.. I was having prob with my mi a1... Screen was lacking.. They told mi after checking that.. Andar vle part me pani gya hai... (Part name: support) they told me support khrab ho gya hai... So checking charges hai agar software krke ho rha hai to thik hai. But service charges lagege.. I told them to do it.. Ill ready to pay. After 1 hour they told mi that apka support gya hai. So 883 is the amount have to pay... So mene unko kha that.. Hard reset marke Dekho.. They said OK.. Let me check.... Again they took 30 min approx. N they told that u have to change only.. So I told them to give my phone back.. Again they took 15 min to give it back. They charge 120 rupees for service charges.. N I felt that full din barbad krke koi matlab nhi hua..... After day later mene khudse hard reset kiya.. N my mobile is working superbly... As new.... So I dont think koi prob tha with the parts.. So be aware guys.. Do it by urself first.. Agar nhi hota to hi.. Leke jana...But i like : Staff is very patient n one mam is there she gave me mi WiFi for backup my data.... Front office staff is really good.

Your repairs will be addressed very fast but there was a delay in rectification of my smart phone.

My experience with any Service center is mostly staff is rude and arrogant. But these guys are good with behaviour. Didnt waited long for my screen replacement of Note 3.
