The employee denied to give bill for the service given and the amount coated. After telling them that I will call up the main center I was given the gpay scan and bill. I hope this alertens the higher authorities about the probable scam. Additionally, I was given an offer to pay 400/- without bill and 519/- with bill. 😂

Recently I visited the MI Service Center located at Vishnu Nagar. Had to spend some time finding it, but when I called on the phone, the staff shared some landmark nearby.Incidentally they would not answer the phone initially when I called before visiting, even though their working hours had already started.I had booked an appointment in advance on the Mi website, which is recommended. Luckily, when I visited the centre in the morning around 11, there was only one other customer, and I could hand over my phone to them for servicing. Even though the phone was not in warranty period, they still required me to provide an invoice of the purchase, and my ID proof. I suspect this requirement is aimed at eliminating servicing of stolen phones. However it is still a hassle for genuine customers.They said the fee for servicing my phone would be Rs 177, and that they would need an hour for the same. When I called them again after an hour to confirm if the work was completed, again they did not take my calls. Nor called me back.So I went back to them after nearly an hour and a half, but they kept me waiting for some time, since there were a couple of other customers. This could have been avoided.But what put me off was the fact that they discouraged use of credit card to make the payment of fees. They insisted that I pay the exact change! So I had to shell out exact change for Rs 177. A customer should not be treated this way.Overall, experience was not great. At least, I got my phone serviced in one visit only.

One of the best service centers in Mumbai. I visited for a defective power bank in the warrenty period. The staff is much friendly. Instead of repairing they replaced the power bank & gave me a brand new one ! This too in a few minutes without any hassle. Will 100% recommend them. Worst Service, this guys are smoothly taking highly charges. Here they are speaking good with customers, later they will show bill you cant except. If you give your mobile they tell will check and inform, we dont know what exactly issue, they will tell there is a big problem, so you need to pay money more. My mobile had only battery problem, these guys are told me mother board problem and need to pay 5600/- later they are asking 4500/-...I am not happy with that.... what non nonsense of service. By 650/- my mobile working fine. This address also showing wrong on google direction dont follow. Dont go here by reading reviews...those comments may be them self added...

Its one of the two authentic Xiaomi repair centres in Thane, quite quick at resolving issues (resolved mine in 5 hours) but the main problem is that you need to carry the repair sheet they give while booking, I came the next day with just the Service Order Number as well as the mobiles original packaging but theyve refused to give me the phone till they see the sheet, and like all service centres they do their best to make sure to get the repair monetised by looking at every tiny scratch or discolouration as a consumer induced damage and hence void of warranty.

I found this store very helpful. They did their job perfect and resolved my issues in short span of time. I highly appreciate . Keep it up!!

Over Priced. Customer service is ok.! But the staff here doesnt have basic sense understanding of Privacy policy.Just to get a good review she actually opened my mail on phone( which was given to her to check ) and her self filled the feed back form!!

The girls who are working and attending to the customers on Reception counter have very poor communicatiom skills, mannerless behaviour, they are far away from the value of politeness. Do not give proper information against queries, false charges. Very disappointing. Xiomi company has to inspect their work on aftersale service department...There no point if you giving only good phones.If there is a sensible senior guy in service department, please visit the nokia service center and have a look at the way people behaves with customer and how much talented they are.

Helpful staff, place is neat, clean and spacious. well connected, the gate is just next to Thane McDonalds, 2 minutes walk from Thane station W. You wont feel crumbled even on a busy Saturday or Sunday. Average wait time is 2 hours for critical issue like broken screen. Mine was a broken screen for my MI Redmi note 5, they charged around 3360 with Service Charges and GST but the phone kind a looks brand new..! really impressed with the support provided, well educated engineers I guess. The manager is very polite and expressive. A sane peace of advise - Buy a screen protector and good rubber cover for your MI phone, mine just took 1 hit and bang!! the glass was gone, learnt it the hard way.. All the best.
