The place lives upto its name and brand itself, the staff is attentive and the store itself is well maintained and tiddy. Nothing you can nickpick out of this place. But make sure you reach the store by 12 in the noon to get your preferred cakes as they are mostly sold out by 3.

Fresh fresh fresh, merwans is the best when it comes to being fresh. Not like the other bakeries in Vasai. Fresh rolls and pattice are just the start, pizza shakes just wow. Thanks for making my occasion a great success.

This is the worst outlet I have visited ever.The Merwans at Andheri is most happening place over there and here in Vasai this outlet is taking brand value down to earth.I visited it recently at 8pm to find out they dont have anything eatable and they had only 1kg cakes over there.Many peoples and teenagers were turned off and counter people were telling them that the eatables have been finished.At Andheri you can see overflowing eatables and there is hardly any room to put your feet inside the outlet and in this outlet people were asked to leave, unimaginable......!I took couple of photos and manager came asking me in parking for what purpose I took the photos .... That was only time Merwans made me to smile...!Henceforth I wont visit Vasai Merwans again.

Pest control required. Saw cockroach moving on food. Same shown to team. When came home and shared with my aunty about the incident she said she also had same experience once. In covid time hygiene is the most important factor. Owner and brand owner need to look into the same.

Best & Value for Money !!When it comes to cakes, pastries and puffs; this place is the most ideal option for me. I like the options available here and the taste is too good (specially the cakes). This is located on the main road near Suyog Nagar and is easily seen if you are riding/driving your vehicle. Try getting here before late evening if you do not want to compromise on the choicest cakes availability.

Im a regular to merwans. Have been since yeras a loyal customer. Ive been to somany merwans borivali Mira road malad but havent experienced anything like I do with the Vasai merwans. Horrible service. Over and over again I have complaints stale they definitely resell previous days stuff coz they look re heated and completely loose shpe, they over pack big orders so by the time I actually get home the pattice or rolls are so smashed and out of shape. Also no proper filling sometimes I can see through and through the pattice. Im literally never going to buy anything from them agai because this is probably the 4-5 time Ive had issues with quality. Local bakeries are doing a much better job for a better price and size then merwans. Even after giving repeated feedback there is no cange. So thanks for the horrible experience merwans Vasai. Probably get your staff breifed on how customer experience works in 2021

Merwan @ Vasai West is Pathetic..Apart from cake nothing else is available... Staff is rude and arrogant... Unhygienic and dirty shop.. Worst management.

Less variation, low taste however the staff is friendly and supportive, eatery is not permitted you need to leave and eat.

Good cheap cakes and bakery items

I had ordered dutch truffle cake, it was not at all good, usually merwans are known for their soft cake, i brought on 26 jan 21 evening and had cut the cake, it was hard to cut the cake, very disappointed.

The cakes are delicious and the amazing part is the price starts from 260 onwards halfkg, surprisingly I see people sayings it’s worst , message to them (GUYS DONT WORRY , KEEP BETTER PRODUCTS IN YOUR SHOP , YOU WILL GET SELL TOO !!! )

Products are good , and they have a very clean ambience.

The New place at Manickpur is worst merwan ever.The staff is very arrogant I went there three diferent times and the kind of service they provide is pathetic.Pls give them good training.One fellow was heating the pattice with a coverTotal dumbness and they say thats the way to do it.Utter rubbish

I ordered chicken pattice which was very sour in taste which almost felt like it was an old pattice completely not happy with the new merwans ..the merwans near agarwals was far better and never had this kindof disappointment.

After many visits here is an honest review:Cons first:1) Staff with bad attitude. By serving you they behave like they are doing a favour to you.Somewhere i feel that merwans vasai is under staffed and that causes the frustration with currently working staff there.2) Lack of cleanliness- After eating people dont bother to throw the leftover in the trash and neither is the staff interested.Pros:1) All the bakery items and pastries,cakes etc are good.2) Good amount of parking space available outside the shop.Conclusion: I have been to merwans Andheri which is just the best merwans out of all having a good staff and more varieties in both bakery as well as desert.So if vasai merwans could just have a better management and more variety than it would be great.

Completely overrated. The filing in the rolls and pattices is as good as negligible. Especially when your paying INR 18 per piece. The chicken hariyali roll is a total disappointment. It has a thin slit in the roll with almost no filing and cost INR 18, ridiculous.

The staff is not interested in taking orders from the customers in line but just randomly.The cake section was empty but couldnt take a picture of it as the store was in a controversy earlier about untrained staff so they have banned any photography in the shop itself and 1 person is standing just to ensure that it doesnt happen.Had high expectations from the place since the 1st Merwans shop is near my place of residence and I have been a customer of theirs since ages.

A must visit place .... Where u will get veg pizzas for 16 n non veg for 30 ... N much more... In reasonable rates.... But its closed on Thursdays....

The owner is a lady and her attitude is somewhat over and above nita ambani, what she thinks of herself i literally dont know. This shop should be demolished by general public itself very urgently. Horrible experience... Staff is not cooperative... When asked for a glass of water..they said we have to purchase.... When I told them about the court judgement that all eating established must serve drinking water to customers if they ask, then also they refused...when I asked for manager...a senior person was there and he told me that this is a take away joint...then sir why you have eating space with chair and tables....another excuse was water is not good for drinking... Then sir what you and your staff drinks in this hot summer...you and your staff also buy water bottles??...Seriously... This is the worst experience as you guys are involved in restaurant business and u are least bother about them.....shame on you guys....Please change your attitude and do show some respect to the business you are running..

Bad customer service, the little boy working there handed over d bag to me to add the eatables and refused to give me another bag thou i needed another one as per my buy over there, also ignored me while i was still standing there while it wasnt even that busy. On talking to d manager about it he totally refused to address my concerns and was rude trying to cover up for d mistake.This is of immediate concern. Please look into it and train your staff in customer service n soft speaking skills. Its a huge and renowned company and i totally love the stuff here but its disappointing when you have such ppl addressing d customers.

Very Crowded and Chaotic. Staff not trained to handle such chaos. Unruly crowd with no discipline. Had to wait for nearly 15 minutes only for staff member to even look at me. In the end my cake had fingerprints all over it and a big hole in the middle made by the staff with his finger. Avoid this place if you are an introvert civilized customer who prefers Japanese style order and discipline. Try Brownie Point or Ross Exotic, where the cakes are much better and you are atleast served with a smile

Service is going down, disposable gloves are nowhere to be seen. Attendant touched the cake trice to point out the make. Fellow was ignorant about the existence of gloves. Others attendent kept giggling.
