This is about Khar Gymkhana Cricket Ground and pavilion and not about the swimming pool.Ground is like not so good and not so bad, for cricket its little small on the off side as well as on the leg side. Pitch can be prepared better. Staff is good, listen to the instructions. Dressing room have attached bathroom.

Last night planned to visit Melting Pot for dinner as being a member of the Gymkhana, it was just a casual visit to the club followed by on the spot decision to have dinner there. This restaurant is situated on 16th Road, Khar West.What’s good about this place is, that you can walk in casually, staff is good and smiling.....we told them we needed to click the food photos before they could serve & guess what?, they made sure the presentation was good by placing the food at different angles for us, which only made the whole process more enjoyable & fun.Lighting, seating & ambiance is good, but, if you have guests it is not advisable to take them as the false ceiling was broken and what looked dirty and messy was the after effects of rain and black deposits caused by all rain, somewhere I didn’t feel like eating food then but had no choice.The quality and presentation of food is better at other chains of Melting Pot across the city, maybe since this being in the club premises and mostly crowded, it becomes difficult for the staff to handle all the pressure (just a personal assumption).The taste of food is not that bad , kinda okish in comparison to other Chinese chains as per the price of the dishes. Service is a bit slow.We ordered some trending dishes like Angara chicken, Malai Chicken Tikka & Paneer Tikka with Masala Papads & Rotis. The tatse of all these items is very good & recommended. Burnt Garlic soup is also not to be missed !Parking is available in the club premises only for members otherwise you have to park a bit far.The end note – a place for one time visit.

Swimming in this pool is fantastic. The deep end has a jump deck on the third floor, along with two diving boards . Lots of fun for all members and their guests.

An excellent Gymkhana. It is a very old one and has still kept its personal touch with all the members. Those who are in would not want to come out and those who are out want to somehow get in. All types of sports with with a beautiful swimming pool and a restaurant with all mouthwatering dishes.

Nice place if you are a member. We were invited as guest of a member. Good ambience. Nice facilities. Good pool and food. Of course at reasonable rates. Different places to eat. Relax. Play and enjoy. Overall a pleasant experience. Very centrally located. Also good place of events and functions. Lots of space available.

On the 2nd floor of Khar Gymkhana lies the wonderful pool of theirs. It is pretty big with its depth ranging from 3 - 15 feet. The water of the pool is has a proper amount of chlorine and is cleaner every week or two. The pool has a bathing area next to it the the girls changing room on the same floor and the boys changing room the floor below. Next to the pool, they also have a food court which serves a variety of dishes ranging from, in Indian words, Bhaji Chapatti to waffles and burgers. The food is really good as well. It also gives a wonderful aroma to the pool itself. Seeing no problems in the working, cleanliness and keeping the customers happy, I decided to give it a full 5 stars.

I just love swimming in this Pool. It is on the second floor and is open to the sky. It is surrounded by a patio, with people chilling out on it.

I go swimming there everyday and it is a big and a deep pool. Since I love diving I keep going down and swimming down in the 12 feet end
