Iftekhar Sir is one of the best teacher Ive come across till now. His precious and faith in aasan is wonderful. He doesnt just teaches you how to do an aasan, he actually shared his own experience with you. He is soo knowledgeable and wont hesitate to correct you at any point of time.

Iftekarji is a teacher that teaches with his heart and soul. Back that up with his personal experience and meditation on his practice which shines through his instruction. He is not the cookie cutter yoga teacher. He will make you laugh, ponder, challenge your own belief systems till you come out towards the truth of the matter by your own reasoning. I have been learning yoga from Iftekhar sir from the past 3 years now and it’s been the best experience. I am currently attending online the Advanced Training Program at the ISVA Yoga Academy. It is a great course and a wonderful challenge. Iftekharjis teaching style and technique is unique making even difficult asanas more easily accessible. Iftekharji cares!. He guides and cajoles you to perform the perfect asana. Most importantly though Iftekharji emphasises that it is all about the inner journey. So dont hesitate - the ISVA Yoga Academy is a great place to learn yoga properly.

Had joined Yoga with the main motive of losing weight but after joining I realised that losing weight was not the only thing my body needed. The yoga practised here is not only beneficial for losing weight, it taught me much needed self love, brought a change in my attitude towards life. My experience of this Yoga class has been amazing to say the least. Iftekhar sir is very dedicated and gives indvidual attention to each participant. Focus of class is not just on few stretches and Surya Namaskar, but a holistic approach is followed for the well-being of mind, body and soul. Yoga at A.Y.A is a different experience altogether. I have attended yoga sessions elsewhere as well but have really not felt so spirited to make it a part of my life and routine unlike the sessions with iftekhar Sir. The techniques taught at A.Y.A give asanas a deeper meaning and a more joyful expeierence.
