I m a happy customer Or patient from galaxy hospital . My dad got an thumb twist in a machine in that he fractured his thumb bone around 90% damage. I got vaccination in Galaxy Hospital Miraroad, the process was very smooth, i am happy with the facility provided by hospital and staff.

In one word, Useless, even this is a kind word for this place. They made my dads case so critical that he could never recover from that.The most careless staff and insensitive, no one has an answer for you except one doctor that comes once in a day, bravo!Because of carelessness by doctors(Brijesh, Gulab and so called neuro Mehboob), I lost my father. Note: they did not even had an operation theatre, which they did not tell us until they made my dads case critical.They are just a local clinic and not hospital, I do not know how such people get their license.Let your patient suffer or die at home, but do not bring anyone here. These people are butchers, for 3days our total bill was over 80k.I pray each one of them pay for what they have done to our family🙏

Came for Covid vaccination. Smooth process, rules maintained, courteous staff.

Pathetic Service from the DPA ..... After 6hrs of follow up also noone responds at discharge time....I myself had to go down and get my discharge process as patient where my oxygen level is low they have harrassed me mentally .... I would never ever recommend Galaxy Hospital to anyone as sisters are also too young they dont know how to put a normal needle.... Only ICU Sisters are better who actually take care.....
