Topiwala center is located at the near GoregaonRailway station .........its walkable distance from the station................... It has theater , foods , accessories ,Mahindra club shop & chartered Accountant office & many more things are available in the topiwala center... It is overall good ........................................

Nice bt services are little poor

Pay and park may be available in limited areas. Better to go by walk. Usually crowded. Almost all basic needs.

Ummm....this place has alot of development to go ! But a few solo shops are really providing good quality products and services!The go-to place at Topiwala Center has to be the amazing and comfortable cinema 🥰

Less crowded Shopping Centre situated in a prime location in Goregaon West nearby SV road. Many local and branded outlet for here in the shopping complex. There is also one cinema multiplex Mukta A2 cinema.

Big Comercial complex ,but for visiting people no common Wash Rooms ,which I think is a problem for senior citizens.

The newly built topiwala theatre is a good 1 and comparable to any of cinemax theatres.screen & sound quality are really good.seats are comfortable. The vicinity of theatre is not good, located in between the goregoan station market. Also be careful of your belongings if u go there. I got my helmet stolen and a very bad response from their bldg security people

An under rated 2 screen multiplex located very close to Goregaon station . This theatre has perfect air conditioning and comfortable seats and a nice sound system plus cheap ticket rates. Watch a movie here and you will surely like it. And one more thing,the screen is comparatively bigger than some other multiplexes

This place is located at Goregaon west since long time,now its redevlop and funcations well with shopping centre.

The place is besides a local market there is too much rush creates in the evening.

Not an awesome theatre, but one that you can easily survive. Tailor made for movies that you arent sure whether to go to the theatre or wait for it to be on Netflix or Amazon. Basically a cheaper option.

The mall is no good. Lifts were not working. We only went to see movie ARTICLE 15. The waiting Hall is small. Theatre is good clean and well maintained. Theatre is conveniently located.

Nice mall. What makes it 4 star is that it is situated near Goregaon West station and the shops inside the mall are small time and caters to medium class crowd. It also has a theatre which is low priced. So overall is is good. The only thing which I disliked is that the mall is pretty vacant. Most of the shops are shut. Hence this mall is not a happening place.

Narrow entry.There is a theatre for cinema and also eating places. There is an air-conditioned Hall seating of around 100 to 150. Escalator for coming up is there but none for going down. Elevator is there but it is always full due to offices on the higher floors.Parking is a problem here

Office of Bhageria Industry Limited is situated at 10th floor, topiwala centre, goregaon(west). This is registered office of company. Office is well managed neat and clean office. Working environment is very good here.

Can not be referred as mall. The only attraction is Mukta Theater

Great place to park your scooter near goregaon west station.It has basement parking.also the entrance is handicapped friendly.Topiwala multiplex is happening. Nice place to hangout.old memories of topiwala theatre can be rekindled here.

Good Commercial Premises and a Movie Hall ...

Not enough parking space. Also movie ticket booking counter is at ground floor only. Its not very visible and possibly you will have to come back from second floor again to get the tickets. Only local shops are there.

Very cheap and affordable Cinema Theater... You dont need to eat here as food hygines are doubtful... But definitely go for movie... Accessible to the station. There are only two screens are available. Cooling and washroom facilities are also good.

Nothing much to shop here. Most of the area is occupied by offices and commercial establishments. However Mukta Arts theatres are too good in all respects. Large screens, good sound systems and very comfy reclining seats. Pricing is also good.

Good place for workplace but surrounding are iligle howkers which is getting trouble to reach that building.

First ever mall in Mumbai with a view of Kacche baniyan as soon as you enter. On the side, there is a cloth store trying to fill their store with junk clothes and all clothes are spread on the floor. Theater was okay but the 2 floors I cross to reach the theater are pathetic. This should be a very old mall. Needs revamping at the earliest!

This is not much big place or like mall.very few shops and vivo service centre.But I would say if you are planning for movie in Goregaon area this would be a cheap and best place.It has Mukta arts cinema.this is listed on Book my show you can book from there.

The place evokes nostalgia. Visited it as a child when it was Topiwala-one screen theatre and then visited it now.

Because temple is very important and good but location is not good because temple is situated in peass full places

This place is near Goregaon station west. There are not many shops here. The ones that are open are mostly small offices. Mukta A2 movie theater on tge top floor is very good and decently priced. Most visitors to this place are for the movie only.

The Shopping Mall isnt a shopping place as mostly there are operating small offices. Its a commercial centre having mostly small offices. A big plus is an ample pay and park space.

Its always good option if you dont like crowded places. Parking space is huge , pay n park available. Its good for watching movies specially.

Good theatre. Good Sound. but lacks in maintaining hygiene. You cant use their washroom, Damn the smell is breathtaking, They should definitely take steps to fix this.

I had heard that allowing to use toilets anywhere is now compulsory. You cannot restrict someone from using toilets. However in Topiwala center they have locked the toilet door with pass code protection (as if its a bank locker). I have my CAs office at this so called shopping center. I wanted to use toilets while exiting this place. To my surprise I notice that the door is locked and you have to put passcode to use toilet, really? I think BMC should look into this.

This mall only for movie low budget but good arrangements for movie 😊

This place is well known for Movie Theater.Few small shop and offices can be seen in the ground floor and first floor. Also you can find Vivo Service Center, Medical Store And some small Cloth Shops.

Giving only 3 stars because most of the shops in this shopping center is still not occupied. However this is one of the best multiplex in goregaon if you are looking for movies. The tickets are very cheap compared to other similar multiplexes. Overall a very good experience for weekend movies. Do not go if you are looking for shopping.

More area is occupied by the offices and commercial establishments due to which nothing is available to shop here.Nsaying abut theatre it is pocket friendly.Big N Clear Screen with a good sound system. Actually a movie theatre with such area where nothing to shop is bad idea becoz after watching a movie we simply needed is to walk out the mall.

This development is not gained popularity as expected. Hence it face challenge of maintenance. However still not that worwt. Majority office occupied.

Good place for banquet for marriage hall, it had Mukta cinema which has offer on Thursday like flat 80 ₹ tickets for all shiw.
