A clean, well organized, fun zone for tiny tots. An entire floor dedicated to kids fun. Staff are very friendly and are very capable in handling all kinds of kids. Birthday parties organized here will be an absolute best seller. Kids get addicted to this fun place and have seen some even crying and arguing with parents as they do not wish to leave. Decent catering is also provided here though it is only veg. The place comprises trampolines, artificial sand pit, interactive video wall, jungle gym, etc.

A great place for kids. Lots of fun activities. The staff was very helpful. Kids enjoyed a lot. There is a play area for toddlers too. Comfortable air condition. Clean bathrooms. Music was good. Lots of birthday parties. Call them before you go on weekends as lot of times place is booked for private parties. Its 650 rs for one and half hour. Keep track of your time. Five mins more and you will be charged half hour. Food is over priced. Please carry socks from home otherwise will have to buy from there.

The Staff is rude and the rules are a little wierd..you pay for a 90 mins playtime and they also mandate that if you order food then that too needs to be consumed within the same 90 mins else you need to pay Rs 150/Child/Hour to sit and eat in their food court. Its so absurd...!

Had very nad experience. They sort of cheated in billing. We were charged for 2 Adults and 1 child, while at same time other couple were charged for 1 adult + child. Very bad of this behaviour. They told in advance they will charge for 1 adult + q child only.

A bigger playing area with good food for the kids and the best part is they allow parents/ elders to enjoy in the playing area

The place good for kids to enjoy and have fun. My son loved and didnt wanted come out. The only thing that pinch was price which seem to bit on higher side. Also food is bit expensive bit overall a good experience

Nice Place for kids. But the playing time is minimum 1.5 hrs.that is too much for small kids.need to decrease that and alongwith that the price.

Been there on 31st Dec 20 with prior appointment where was informed tht thr will be no more than 10-12 kids.. however when I actually went thr I was sure there were more than 15 kids already with many more 10 year old... secondly the adults were playing inside without mask on. This was very scary. I informed the reception twice but no action was taken. The older kids and adults in the play area were blocking younger kids to which also no action was taken. My kids come to this play area every week but the total inability of the staff to take action against those faulting the rules ensure that I will not return to this place... In current scenario I understand everyone wants to earn And recovery the dues, but this certainly not the way by allowing people to not follow the rules. Better security is a must specially to areas related to the kids.

My little one loved the place. The space is pretty big, the only disappointment was there was not enough space in the section for the toy cars. The led wall, slides, tampolines everything good. Toddlers will love the place

It’s a wonderfully done play area. Hygienic and very well trained staff. Plus the food options are way better than other play areas. Definitely visiting again soon.

Its a nice place for kids to play. They have the trampoline, the regular play area with hurdles and lastly, also the sand area. So its a complete package for little ones to enjoy! Also, the pizza is yummy there.

It is the best place for hosting birthday parties. Kids can enjoy in the play area and parents can sit and chat. There is play gym, trampoline, ball pool, sand play etc. Even adults are allowed in all the play area. They provide with snacks as well as proper meal. Also, its at a very accessible location. Walking distance from Vile Parle Station.

The trampoline is great. Slides, sand pit, 3d motion sensor games, castles and other games. Good fun for kids.But the sitting area for kids always seems cramped up!

A very well made play area with lots of activities and a nicely made toddlers zone. Its new and well made and well maintained. The only negative I found are the stringent rules making me call it a Hostel rather than play area. You cant even cut a birthday cake there if you havent booked a party with them (which can be done if you have 20 + people only. Found the staff very unfriendly and overtly proud of their useless and unexplained rules. Hope this feedback is taken in the positive sense of improving the behaviour and efficiency of the staff.

Wonderful play area to bring your kids to. The place is easy to find, the staff is friendly and there is plenty of room for kids to play around. Many different types of activities can keep the kids (and parents) occupied for a long time.

The biggest pulong factor for me is that it is located very bear to my house. In any metro, that is definitely a pulling factor if the place ia anyway nearby to your residence. Thats it.

Amazing place for kids

It’s well maintained and staff is attentive too. I had gone there with my 2 kids and within few minutes my elder one sprained his leg as he jumped bit abruptly. I spoke to the receptionist about it and she was very cooperative. Gave me relispray and also did not charge entry fee for him. My yonger one had an amazing time there. Trampoline is also very good and adults are allowed too. Total worth it.

Bad experience twice....... Staff who keep so called surveillance on kids are very careless and bussy in there own problems.... When there manager is there they show concern towards kids........ Many times I told them to keep watch on kids but they r simply passing the message each others... My kids fall down and she was simply standing and waiting for my instructions

I wished to book for my kids birthday for 10 kids .. manager is like we will not allow cake cutting .. either u take a birthday plan or no cake cutting.. birthday plan is for 20 plus kids .. very un welcoming staff.

1 hour is more than enough to enjoy this place...also 500/- per kid charge is a bit more.

Waste, they 550 for 90 minutes and in the same u have to use the cafeteria so imagine how much time does a kid gets to play or second option play for 90 mts and dont use the cafeteria let the child leave hugry from there n then go out n look for an eatery which is a little far from there..
