Nice staff, good service and pretty hygienic place. Balanise Massage was good and they gave some discounts too.

Not honoured the time. Gave me a 40 minute massage instead of a 50 minute. Massage was pathetic. Felt like a roadside massage. No pressure at all. No movement. I have tried other aura Thais but this is nowhere near the quality.Also my partner had the same complaint of irregular pressure and she felt like the masseuse had just joined today.

Beautiful place. Masseuse girls were very good but language and communication is a problem couldnt answer questions. But very good in their work. Soft music . Good shower. A bit expensive though. Overall good experience.

Worst massage ever, no steam, no shower, nothing to do, complete waste of money. DO NOT VISIT. Instead get stones thrown at yourself for a nice massage. Masseurs are not experienced enough.

It was my first massage treatment ever, i simply loved it. The girl was so amazing in hitting my knots i feel so relaxed and opened as of now. Will surely be coming again

Didnt have such a nice experience. Maybe my masseur was not good. Entrance to the spa is bad. You have to enter from the back side which is wet. If you have late appointment, then it will be dark with hotel staff hanging around to pass comments

Excellent therapist.manager at the reception is very rude.he needs to learn how to talk to people.Even though I was a regular at this centre I have decided to go to other place where people are more courteous.

No privacy for female changing. Therapist cannot understand the complaint for that. Spot lights focusing on face during treatment. Overall dissatisfied from the very beginning.
