I’ve attended yoga classes over the years but this is the first time I’m actually enjoying it. I have done very basic yoga in the past but Shiv just dives right in which makes it exciting and interesting. He is extremely affable, friendly and above all knowledgeable. He has a very nice way of explaining the asanas and you know over time you will achieve results. I’ve done two sessions with him and looking forward to embracing it for long term this time. I had many misconceptions about yoga. I thought it is only a form of exercise, but Shivam explained me thoroughly it is a way of life. He says Yog lies in every aspect of life. Only yoga has the power to make oneself Swayambhoo and connect with your Inner self . Shivam is the way to Shiva , the Supreme Yogi as he has that aura to attract , influence , calm the mind and soul, relax the body .Being a Doctor I better understand the concept of mindfulness, but it is very difficult to follow and inculcate. Through yoga practice you easily control your Mind. My best part of the session is Pranayam. I have also studied many weight loss techniques from West and heard many experts, I have found that breathing exercises as very useful and many expert believe in Pranayam. Om Namah Shivay!

Me and my friend are traveling and decided to go to a drop in session with Shiv. It was the perfect class for us and the group was small enough to receive individual help and guidance. It was a great balence between work out and relaxing. We are returning for a second class in 2 days and look forward to it. I would highly recommend this class, thank you!

Shiv has an in-depth knowledge of yoga of which one would sense in the first class itself. The first class I went to, i realised what an intense workout it is. Moved to Mumbai from Ahmedabad months back. Had to left my yoga guru back in Ahmedabad and was looking someone in Mumbai.
