I stay here n i cn say dat , its a Gud for bechlrs dis is a inside pics of ma flat at mohid heights.

Its an old building with old-building problems. Parking for motorbikes and cars is the biggest concern, even for residents. Mostly because the builder has decided to make more money by filling up the parking space with more matchbox apartments. Reason why there is no municipality water supply. Which leads to frequent water crisis. There are two elevators for the residential wing and one for the commercial wing. The residential wing elevators are old and break down more often than expected. In fact, one can say that the stairways see more traffic than the elevators. A lot of people working in the entertainment industry live here. So expect pretty-looking, uncouth folks to be your neighbours. Loud parties are quite common.The north-east side has a vast empty plot adjacent to the building. So the windows and balconies to the north-east have a nice view and enjoy natural breeze and sunlight. A big team of security guards are present round the clock. But they are mostly starving immigrants from other states with no specific skill sets, except for the desire to be employed. So expect what can be expected from simpletons. A restaurant and a dosa joint on the ground floor serve food till the wee hours in the morning. Centrally located and very well connected to all the cool and happening places in Andheri. Hospitals, markets, shopping centres, ATMs and other facilities are conveniently close-by.

I like it.

Not very vibrant and good place to be. Parking issues and overall u can better invest your time elsewhere unless u have some specific work in the building.

Tower is very poorly maintained.Most residents are tenants. Location is excellent and easy to find. Parking is on the road but no towing so Ok. Close to lokhandwala and mhada fourbunglows which is hub of entertainment industry.
