I had gone for Deep cleaning service and totally disappointed by service. They sent unprofessional people. I need to after them to get things clean. When I reached to care they told me that they will get corrected. After 3 hrs cleaning was not proper. I asked them to leave. I got connected to Caroline (Head of Business) by care guy and she assured me that give them 2nd chance to get this done. I agreed for that and re service scheduled by them. I was confirmed by care guy and Caroline that best team assigned to do this job. But history repeat. Team arrived for service as unprofessional and I was after them to do proper job. One of them behaved rudely that Yeh tho aise hi hota hai post that i did not intervene. My house was not cleaned properly even after best team sent by Timesavrez after giving 12 hrs of my time and Money.They also not having refund policy even when Lovnish (Co-founder) is confirming that refund will be processed soon.Be careful while booking this service.

Timesaverz champ cleaned the Sofa so professionally. It was a commendable experience, they were very polite and helpful in moving and putting the sofa back. They as well asked if I was satisfied with the cleaning or not. Definitely recommend their cleaning services. Looking forward to try more. Its also convenient to call their champs at home and get this done rather than going through the hassle of taking the Sofa out for the cleaning or throwing away. I can see everyone has good or bad experiences with them, my was amazing.

Had a wonderful experience with Timesaverz. Had ordered an electrician. The person who came was very professional and did his job very well. Would Definitely recommend it to everyone. Really loved the service!! Keep it up.

Very bad customer service and experience. While there is a time slot that the customer can select, they never adhere to the timings and come at least 2hrs later than the specified timings.Sometimes the people are good and finish their job properly. But it is always hot and miss as often, technicians come without the proper tools and supplies or even pens and are clueless about how to fix things that are supposed to be in their area of expertise.Two times, the people booked on Timesaverz have not fixed things properly and Ive had to hire other people to properly fix them. Timesaverz does not bother apologising, sending any replacement or offers to refund the money spent on a poor. They say, they will look into it, but they never do. And then calls get unanswered.Update:Timesaverz sent a new team to fix the issue 4 hours after I called them without any prior warning. I was on my way out of the door when the team came, without any prior call notifying that they are going to come. So I had to cancel all my appointments and stay at home to see the reparation through. Fixing the problem took a total of 6 hours with moving furniture back and forth 2 times and cleaning up the mess the technicians left 2 times. So definitely not an experience of saving time.However, the team that came this time was excellent! The technicians were very knowledgeable and applied the proper products and fixed the problem, explaining everything properly.Had this team come in the first place, Timesaverz would have gotten a glowing review. They really need to monitor who they partner with and do quality control.

Tried their Deep cleaning for $BHK. Start was bad as the professional did not brought the equipments. They even did not informed before coming and work was delayed. However, all in all it was good. If they improve on communication and mobile application should be a good one.

They sent a group who left marks on floors and tables and wardrobes. have to now clean everything again. Ah waste of money. Had used two in past - good, will not use these guys again. Also they charged me extra for the bathroom which was always there.

I have booked them for a move in cleaning. They were late by 2 hours with the time promised. Cleaners were casual and I had to remind them to clean at places. Overall a bad experience with timesaverz. Look out for local agencies which would do a better job. They dont do all the services as quoted when you book.

Totally Unprofessional people, they commit to finish work in a day and takes 3 days of time, they dont know how to retain a customer, they dont make a job card and raise false invoice.I am not going to work with them again, sorry

I was fed up of my AC and decided to thrown it, because every time I called someone to repair it, the very next day it would stop cooling again. Then I saw the Timesaverz advertisement and thought I should give it a try. I don’t know how they did it, but my AC started working like a brand new air conditioner. Incredible job!!

Broke my fridge drawer.. Scratched my new looking 2 year fridge doors miserably.. Gave me 3 thousand for the drawer and planning to use some cheap film to wax my doors to eliminate the scratches. Showed the fridge to the technician and there is no other way to reverse this other than a new door.. Cost will be around 14k.Most harrowing time they have given me. As I had to follow up every time.. Took ages to replace my drawer.. Caused me so much inconvenience.. Now they are taking forever for the fridge door. Maybe its just my bad luck with them as opposed to other reviews. But if they have messed up then they have to pay.I hope Timesaverz is reading this.

Took a day off from work to enable getting maximum work done, the Timesavers plumber didnt turn up during the scheduled time slot and on calling him, he was rude and said he came the previous night and no one was home and cut the call. On calling Timesavers and after lot of insisting was connected to a lady/manager(?), who was very apologetic and suggested sending someone very reliable 2-3 hours later. I had to turn this offer down as I had another Refrigerator cleaning appointment with Timesavers at another site on the other end of the city. The plumber, meanwhile was mutually rescheduled for the weekend.The refrigerator cleaning team was polite but untrained and not equipped with proper cleaning paraphernalia nor was aware of different cleaning techniques designed for different surfaces. My very expensive and  imported refrigerator was at the mercy of complete novices who had no clue as to what they were doing or were even supposed to do. They did an extremely shoddy, lackadaisical, incomplete job and left.Meanwhile the unscrupulous, rude plumber has been making rounds of my house at all odd hours. The weekend appointment was 4 days away and he has already visited 3-4 times without appointment. WHY??? This behavior is uncalled for just not acceptable.Firstly, why has Timesavers reassigned the very same plumber to me, who I had clearly said I do not want? They claimed to understand my issues with him, apologized on his behalf, then promised to send a very reliable and trusted plumber. So where did this scope for misunderstanding arise?Secondly, why are appointments taken if there are no intentions to stick to them? Is Timesavers trying to convey, they are only interested in their OWN time NOT the clients time?Thirdly, why am I still being hounded to reschedule even after informing Timesavers very clearly to cancel any impending appoitments, and kindly refund my booking amount as I do not find them reliable enough to trust and assign jobs any more?

I had taken services from timesaverz in the month of April18So I have taken the services of AC repairing of work display on the 6th AprilThey repaired my ac display and I have been charged around 1300 rupees to timesaverz but on the second day or on 3rd day the display again got defaulted or it is again have the same condition it say earlier.I communicated this to timesaverz that it s not working, kindly come and repairs.They reschedule my appointment for 4 to 5 times without any prior intimation and every time whenever I call them and take a follow they always say I am sorry I am sorry but they donothing, they have seriously no respect of customer,they will reschedule your appointment without any prior intimationThey will not do any work but onlysay ok I am sorry, will do thatbut finally after giving the threat of that I will go to file a complaint against you in a consumer court, they actually acted and they come to my place and repaired my ac display but this take this process take around 1 and half month to completed for a small issue and they charge me alsoI have taken a fall off around 10 to 15 times after that they have completedPlease dont waste your time to take the services from timesaverz please find any other service providerthank you

Had booked a service ... they cheated and overcharged for the services... for a basic white cement application they charge 1600rs... worst customer service ever they dont do anything nor they know anything about wats happening .... We booked laundry service with them. Eventually turned out to be time wasters, quite contrary to their name. They misplaced a bed sheet which we had given for washing and stopped picking calls. Its been 4 days since we have started to chase them, but waste of time. Please stay away from such cheaters. I am considering legal action against them

I got my new rented apartment basic cleaned by TimeSaverz. They sent two very hard-working and able cleaners named Ramesh and Sujit. These young and diligent boys took more than 8 hours to thoroughly clean the house including each and every corner of windows and even fans. Any request of cleaning more was politely accepted. Im glad that I hired TimeSaverz and I will be using their services in future as well.

They promise something and what u get is different... U speak to am executive and next time it is someone else who is unaware of everything... Very irresponsible... They dont inform their subcontractors for service and we are the one who suffer...I have taken laundry service and after paying almost double the amount of mentioned fees not getting service

Pretty poor experience with my AC repair. More than the poor quality of service (after which my AC stopped working), the difficulty in getting through to their customer service and explaining my problem to them was Frustrating. I ultimately stop bothering after 3-4 reminder calls after the customer service lady started getting rude. I would recommending avoiding them.

This is in regard to the OS installation service on laptops. I had booked through the Google Areo app and wanted to give Timesaverz a try with high hopes. However, I what I received is nothing more than disappointment. He couldnt complete the designated work in the stipulated time (simple OS reinstallation) and hence he wanted to carry it along with him for a day. In the subsequent evening he called and urged us to pay some additional money and change the hard disk connection cable citing that the laptop wont work otherwise. When we told him to return the laptop and terminate the service he again changed his statement and said that theyll try to configure it without changing. This was surely a point of deceiving customers and gaining profit. Id suggest all to go for alternative service providers as these people do nothing but breach their own commitments and fool people around.

Got my sofa cleaned from them. Since they have cleaned it , it doesnt stop smelling. They re-cleaned it and its still the same.They also have no sense of timing. They send their workers as and when they want without proper information and the staff is very ignorant.

I spoke to the customer service 10 times and each time they promised to re-do the pest control service but no one got back to me.Dont waste time on this company, instead try the others in the market.

Im utterly and completely dissatisfied with this horrible time wasters service!!I had taken mattress deep clean service what the guy did put sum soap water on the mattresses and detol water..n vacuumed it..and done..gave me a drenched mattress..not to mention not at all cleaned..I was worried about dust mites...now I am worried bout sleeping on fungus filled mattress...This horrible service was for 1500 bucks...goshhhh I could have put soap water on my bed...and mind you..they only clean one side of the mattress caz according to them thats deep cleaning..I soo regret calling them..now I will have to burn my mattress oh wait I cant caz its sooo wet :(

Their laptop servicing facility in Pune is fraud. My acer laptop was taking too long to start. Their diagnosis was -graphics card, motherboard processor problem with estimate of 3k. Paid the 370 diagnosis fee and took it to another service. Problem was with bios software. Fixed in no time for 200. Avoid this service in Pune.

Superb service quality and safe chemicals. I got the cockroach treatment and within a week, POOOOF! No cockraoaches at all. Their service guy was very polite and on time. I have taken an AMC with Timesaverz for my 2bhk . I will suggest this service for people who have pets and children in their homes.

They are exactly opposite from their name they are not timesaverz they are timewasterz. Booked two pest control service for one year, they do have the courtesy, to call up and fix an date for the service to be taken, everytime, i had to follow up on them. Hicare is way better then Timewasterz, they call up every 3 month and book a service, and this they do it proactively.

Tried the AC installation service in bangalore but was not at all responsive. Appointment was on thursday and only got a call on sunday from rahamuth ulla saying do you still need the service. I told him as well that no one showed up or called up since thursday and he said he will send someone by 4PM on sunday. I am writing this review at 11.30PM on sunday as there is no response still.

We have given one of our building in RMG Gokuldham, floor & wall cleaning job to timesavez. Excellent water pressure cleaning job. We are highly satisfied with the services by TeamSaverz cleaning team fully. We will recoment timesaverz for our Gokuldhams all the building floor cleaning by occasion of Gudi-padva Event.

What to experience when they themselves fell short of their commitment. Their Delhi agent doesnt even pick up his phone... and the Mumbai team tells me that it is cancelled due to some emergency... Really a time wasting experience... I will neither recommend one ever try it out myself...
