Worst after sales service. Poor service center response. Unqualified technicians. Never buy Daikin A.C. I am repenting for buying it.

Do not buy Daikin inverter AC, one of worst services you will get from company,I already lost buying 2 inverter AC of 1.5 ton R32.Company dont have any field service person. You have to send your PCB circuit to company they charged for same 10kI send 2 time same amount...I wish had buy 2 local manufacturers normal AC.Its my personal experience and many of my knowledge Daikin customers also getting same feed back.I buy inverter AC from pioneer sales corporation Thane West near Nitin company who is authorised dealer for Daikin.Someone should take them to consumers court like Bharat grahak

Broken down company with pathetic service and effeciency. Have a 1.5 ton split inverter AC, within 2 years the PCB of the outdoor unit shorted. The company sent a technician from Swastik Enterprise who took services charges and told me they will replace the same on payment which I agreed. Now neither swastik nor daikin company is responding to even whether the PCB unit is available or not. They are all clueless like deers in headlight. Daikin does no appear to be interested in doing business in India. No one knows where the spare parts are or how or when they will become available, which is shocking for such a known brand. The company also doesnt seem to care, if you inquire about spare parts in the call centre they are only interested in sending a technician and collect service charges again. If you tell then in the call centre that you dont need another visit theyll be confused like a malfunctioning device and put you on hold again and again till you get tired and disconnect. So it doesnt matter whether you device is in warranty or you are willing to pay, once the electronics malfunction your money is down the drain and Daikin does not care if it does!!

My AC breakdown so called customer care and got inspected by( Aeon air conditioning) they come next day got to know compressor is faulty now form last 2 days they r not able to give quotations for new compressor they are not answering my calls . Called customer care same responseMy request to all Please dont buy this company products if they r not able to give serviceThey are not able to maintain there Previous standards they should stop selling products if they r not

The PCB of the outdoor VRV unit had to be replaced and I lodged a complaint on Wednesday, 8th July 2020. I am still waiting for it to be released despite it being in stock at their Andheri warehouse. On speaking to customer relations I was told that my validation is pending which is why they cannot move things ahead. Its hard to believe that a large firm like theirs does not have a Cloud based CRM which can be accessed from anywhere to do what according to me is a two minute process. Extremely disgusted with the attitude and wonder if it filters down from the top??

Daikin does their job beautifully. There are delays on occassions but ultimately the service given is good. The technicians are technically sounf

Over two weeks of waiting for the technician and counting . Starless at the moment for me . Please do change my opinion if you care to.
