The amount they charge for filing return is exorbitant in comparison to the kind of value and service provided by them.While using non- assisted filing, they lure you to opt for premium assisted filing by promising that you are entitled for a tax refund and if the same does come, then they will refund the premium fees. But after paying and opting for the service, they confuse you with old and new tax regime calculations and basically you do not get a tax refund and they also do not pay you back the additional premium.Would be best to avoid using their services.

I have initiated their assisted service on 28-July and till today i.e. 16-July, i still didnt get any response from them regarding suggestion or total tax i need to pay.Until i paid Rs.3k to them through UPI, they were regular and were communicating to me through their chat window and via telephonic call. But after the payment all the response i get is We are working on your case. Please note this is happening for more than 2 weeks irrespective of my follow up every 2 days.Conclusion, they will treat you as a king of their kingdom until you pay the fees. Once the payment is complete, you are their slave. Despite repeated communication and follow up, all you get is we are working on your caseBetter find a friend with experience on this or CA in your inner circle to best take advice on tax matters.My sincere advice is to not trust this platform

I have tried filing though the site, after collecting the huge money ( double than a normal CA charge) they put a status as pending. Not sure whether they will file or not. Customer support also not responding.Over all, looks not professional now. ( last few years I was using this site for filing and looks fine, but currently looks not positive )suggest to go through a CA than this, since CA charged 1/2 of the amount what I paid online.

They are basically fraudulent. They have been dodging me for last 45 days saying we have filed your returns and also they have guts to provide a fake acknowledgment number and then they go unresponsive

Data theft alert. They download your data from Form 16 and at the end of their ITR page, they will ask to pay you. This should be disclosed in the beginning.

Am not using MyITReturn.com service since last 3 to 4 years but still i got charge of rs 235 in month of Jan & april 2021 in my bank account this transaction doesnt required any authentication as per my bank...its really disappointed . Tried searching option to disable service but couldnt find.

One of fraud website.Biggest scammer award goes to them.Do not give them your bank debit card details. They keep auto debit money from your account without permission.ICICI Bank and myitreturn.com runs the scam together.Refund my money back which you auto deducted from last 4 months.

Pathetic service...amount was deducted twice yet ITR was not filed and showed the application in progress. Please think twice before using their services. Charging just to fool innocent people who are looking out for some help to file ITR.

They deserve 0 star. I am using their services from last 5 years and they have transformed from best to worse. No Customer support, no helpline number, no response to your emails. They have already charged but yet to file my return on pretext of it undergoing their Expert review. Seems they have now started conning their customers. Ticket number 273418

I have been using myITreturn for over 5 years now and every time except this year the experience was awesome. This year it was exactly the opposite, i.e. THE WORST. The online software e-filed my return with Tax Payable!! This wasnt the case last year. After this the bad part of the story started. The first is the worst support which you can never reach on time and it took them at least few days to come back. And that too the answer was for me to revise the return and pay again, while the issue was with the software. I replied with more questions and its been over 10 days without any response. Is this the new way of making money? I am sure this will be my last time with myITreturn.

Wrost experience from their help desk...I have been charged fees twice and now I am struggling to get the refund...No response from help desk after sending multiple reminders. Also when we contact to their chat support they dont have solution at all and they just ask us for evidences in such cases. Myitretrun dont trust on their customers.I think we should stop using their service. I would suggest people to think twice before using their services. There are other options are available....

Very very bad, there is no one to contact in case of any issue, they charge money for IT returns where as other site do it fr free and secure. My IT returns filing acknowledgement is pending since over a week.

Very bad service. I have submitted IT on 22 may 2018 on their website by paying fees with expectation that they will file it to IT department but they they shown message your IT return is selected for expert review and no reply till now. They are taking money only, you will loose your hard earn money and time in dealing with them. Even they are not replying to refund request.

My Experience this year with myITreturn has been disappointing to say the least.I have filled my IT returns (2015-2016) through them on 2nd July 2016.I got a status update that my IT returns has been selected for expert review & that they would review and file the return there after.Its been close to a month now, yet my return hasnt been filed yet.Despite 3 followups..the status has remained the same.The end of filling date is nearing , in-spite of having filed the tax returns so early and having paid around Rs 3,500/- , I have to go through this agony of waiting to know my status of filing. Dont use this idot site. They dont even allow to enter proper information and they charge exorbitant amount. I land up in getting notice from IT department due to wrong data submitted by site. Even after getting notice i submitted correct data through IT department site. These guys put revised wrong data on top of that again even after intimation.

It is really appreciable of informing and reminding again and again to taxpayers for filing of returns.

Day by day the instructions are moving from soft to harsh. Hence It may be made some what reasonably gentle at least to the genuine Tax payers like Salaried.
