Motilal Oswal Home finance is worst finance company, there is no helpful services for customers now the MOHF. Are launching 5000/- Earn scheme for suggestion’s friends, I would like to inform that worst MOHF. And I am requesting them to reschedule the emi date what was there before for almost last 9 months. And they are just making fool around of customer out there and not coming with solution.

I am simply asking Aspire /Motilal oswal home finance The Appropriate reason of Hike in Home Loan Interest rates & by which Governing bodies guidelines they are following e.g. NHB as when everyones interest loans are decreasing only Aspire/Motilal oswal home finances are only increasing home loan interest rates .For this reason I have written to them about this but they are keeping mum.

Worst!!!! Before submitting the loan case I had made my requirements very clear about the loan amount what I need and they said yes for everything. At the time of submitting the file executive told 12.50 will be rate of interest. At the time of sanctioning the loan, actual rate of interest they told will be 13.50 and the insurance amount they told near about 1.6 lakh. Its huge!!! and were not ready to give explanation about it. I asked not to process the file further. Still they went ahead and sanction my loan case and deposited the cheque given towards processing fees. They are cheating people. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!

Aspire home finance corporation limited - Bakori Phata, Wagholi, The Bank manager & the other employees helped a lot to sanction my home loan very quickly. They are very co-operative and helping. The entire process was very smooth and hassle free. The only problem is the home loan interest rate compared to the other banks. Bank has to reduce the home loan interest rate as per the other banks to sustain their business and capture market.

I had applied for 13 lacs loan..with 12.5% interest rate..they charge around 50 thousand for insurance + 2% processing fee with service tax which is more than 30 thousand + other stamp duty & charges 3000 + 3500.in short for 13 lacs loan you are paying extra 50000 + 35000 + 6000 = 91000.Aspire please stop fooling poor people..0 star......people who are giving more than 1 star would be company employees

Very bad experience and nobody is responsible in The company.I am Doctor in Mumbai and filled file for home loan in march 2016 from Ahamadnagar branch. they were calling me regularly that it has been done and i paid some amount before as they told your loan has been done sanction and you have to pay some amount before as tax. I paid.my verification has also done with positive report before two months which is available on my mail.ahamadnagar branch manager was not co-operating to me as i complained to head in mumbai he took it on ego and told me that company dose not have need of customers, you try from another because i couldnt fulfill his DESIRE....AND TORTURING THAT HE TOLD ME AFTER 8 MONTHS THAT YOU ARE NOT ELEGIBLE.SHOULD PUT BAN OVER THIS BY GOVT.
