Nice and calm place but there is no street light... Gets very scary at night.

Up Life is beautiful project, but road is pathetic, no street lights, no cleanness maintained, lots of pot holes on road.

One of my friends is staying in Mont Vert Vesta and I have been there quite a few times. If you visit that area in days, place is almost paradise. But if you plan to buy a plot then take a call only after a visit late in the evening. If you dont have extra- ordinary heart, you might experience a bit of heart attack as it will be looking like a path to a virtual ghost town. Mont Vert builder maintained the area like heaven till their flats remained unsold. Avior builder has zero interest in contributing to the betterment of that area. Seem theyre after money only. Thats why Mont Vert builder also lost interest in its maintenance.

Project just started, planning of the project is excellent but project progress is slow may be due to covid 19. Location is very beautiful and close to nature. Road toward project is in good condition but street lights not available which is really a concern for the location if you need to visit at night.
