Unfortunately shell pump as usual ok but shell select mohito drink is sprite inside. No pudina/mint. Bottle very bad quality. Staff should say no instead of giving sprite. Do not buy mohito drink from here. No good.But i say yes for filter cofee.

Fuel filled at the pump on 2nd Feb. When asked for hand written receipt I was told that it will take lots of time. When asked for printed receipt attendant gave me small printed receipt from the pump which did not mention pump address no logo. I also asked for cleaning of wind shield I was given reason that there is staff shift change and no staff is available. Was expecting good service if Im paying premium.

It is last petrol pump before tamhini ghat...there are no any pump before 50-80 km...

Not provided fuel for medical emergency in lock down period on the name of police restrictions and staff is issuing illegally fuel late night to their friends. That day I got fuel at kothrud pump in front of on duty police without any pass and very easily.Pump is not as per other shell pumps like free air, windshield cleaning, oil check up, staff only interested to say namaste and come down from bike.Every time staff for air filling is not on place,Always ask for cash use of swipe machine avoided,No windshield cleaning person,No wiper water available,Some time check oil level for their earning through oil sale,They are only intrested to earning activities like sale of perfumes, feeshners etc.Very pathetic experience 👎👎👎

These guys take 20-25 minutes to process card payment - our company bus gets regularly delayed. Dont know what takes so long.Free air service was not available the last 2 times I visited in Aug-Sept 2020. It is available now.

A sight of rescue after a long biking track for your vehicles. Being located in a crowded area, you will always have to wait a little for your turn to fill in the bikes. The petrol pump has got ATM machine too. So if you are out of cash, no worries; you either get it from the ATM or swipe your credit/debit cards.

The staff is very sincere and friendly. They do their work religiously and provide really good service. Highly recommended for fuel and oil ....

Quality fuel but pricey too, Rs.3-4 expensive than any hp or bp petrol pump. But staff is very co-operative and polite though.

They provide a petrol / diesel approx 2-3 rs extra than the other providers like HP,IOC,BPCL... but quality of petrol is worth it....... Free oil checkups, free Air, and general store available here.
