I have had a really great experience so far with Dr Lisa and Dr Marc. They have both been very informative, kind and seemed to genuinely care. The reception staff have been lovely and one in particular was very kind to fit my son in to see a doctor after he split his eye lid at daycare.The nurse that did my sons vaccinations was a little firm and, in my opinion, lacked empathy but overall we have had a really great experience!Thank you all :)

Some of the doctors here are really good, however the reception staff are incredibly rude. After one too many unhelpful and unpleasant interactions, I will be visiting the other doctor surgery in Mudgeeraba (near Coles) from now on as they seem very nice.

I have been using this practice for myself and my children for nearly 10 years. They are one of the best and most professional practices I have been to. Excellent standard of doctors. I would certainly recommend them.

I drive from the opposite end of the Gold Coast to come here, and don’t care that it’s not bulk billed. The admin and nurses are always lovely, and Dr Grant is a one of a kind amazing doctor, with a great bedside manner with a very patient centred, caring yet thorough approach.

I’ve used many of the Doctors here over the last 15 years and have found them all to be thorough and very professional. The admin staff are so nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice for your GP needs.

My usual doctor is always on time and very thorough. Great with my kids who are one and two and very kind and professional. I have seen 4 of the other doctors there and feel the same way about them all. Nurse is very friendly as are all of the ladies on reception. Happy to pay the money (they dont bulk bill) as I wont go anywhere else.

Excellent first time experience at this practice. Grateful to Dr Marc Hempling, and Jennie, Robbie and Gayle for an excellent general practice experience. Original grading: Five stars. Read on ...Regrettably, second experience with a different GP was less impressive. Concerns re. side-effects of suggested medication were dismissed out of hand. A subsequent review of the medical literature using a simple PICO search shows original concerns more than justified and shockingly clear. Poor practice by this GP and very sorry to say that FIVE stars now downgraded to THREE.

I was looking for a doctor fairly quickly as I had a sick son and needed medical attention earlier than 3 days away. I called MGP as it was close to my work and was pleased that my son would be taken as a new patient and could get in to see a doctor on the day. The service has been impeccable and I now and very lucky to have a medical practitioner close to my home and my work that I can rely on whenever I need them urgently. Highly recommend this practice.

I love MGP. I see Dr Grigg and I am always happy with the care I receive. His approach is very thorough and I’ve never felt rushed. It’s fantastic to have found a GP who I can trust. The practice itself is lovely, clean and well looked after. The nurses are great. Bree at reception is always very helpful and friendly.

I give 10 star to my doctor James Griggs he is the most humble and caring doctor he is amazing. The only negative I find a couple of the administration staff a very difficult and its a money machine

Unprofessional staff and lacking in basic admin tasks. Doctor failed to see me also. Reported to Medical Professional Standards Board. Beware when going to this medical centre.

My daughter and I are so grateful to have a doctor who really cares and thinks nothing of phoning us at home to see how were doing.

Really upsetting to see one of your older male Doctors call my younger sister who is deaf deaf and dumb then refer to her as speech retarded. Never going back to that ignorant fool.

My doctor is usually ready for me on time and actually thoroughly goes over my problems and explains everything slowly in a way I can understand. Exceptional service!
