You claim to service the area with pincode 574213, but you do not. Instead you ask customer to come to the office to pickup. Dont provide false information.

Poor service, no delivery guys available with them.Theyll accept for any pincode and during delivery theyll tell that the service to the accepted pincode is unavailable.Moodbidri as per them is only till Jain High school and from there they wont deliver.Theyll call customer to collect the parcels. Also the parcels are not kept safe and theyre thrown here and there without knowing its value. Items can be seen near the next tailor shop as well

Compare to other couriers its cheapest and speed service.

Best care will be taken about our parcel. The service is very good. They spoke nicely and very respectfully. Also they charge very less compared to heavy parcels compared to other services. Its almost same charge as a speed post. The staff really takes good responsibility. Here. Once I need to send a 16 kg parcel to kundapura. Dtdc charged me only 50rs per kg while others charged up to 100rs per kg. Also I enquired in post and I was surprised by lnow8ng they also charge almost 50 per kg for speed post. Also I have made enquiry about the charges and other services by contacting them to their number in Moodbidri dtdc. Every time she(the staff) took real good responsibility and care. In fact they called me back and informed me. I appreciat.

Its been a long time.. Ive been using this courier service, but now the best part is theyve a permanent office and also offer various services for custom made gifts and many more..Theyre always affordable and have many options for various types of parcels..
