The Sunset Point in Mount Abu is a popular place int city, which lies to the south-west of the Nakki Lake. It is a popular spot for watching a scenic view of sunset every day. Beautiful place!But very crowded in pick season!!!Need to walk almost 1 km to reach to the point. you can take horse ride or small trolley type paddle rides for kids and elders.

Do take a horse ride for one way they do bargain.. I took 2 horses for 150 try your luck. And also buy things from locals because you wont come back there sooner please give them business. They had really face such hard time in covid. Have fun.

The most crowded place in mount abu in the sunset points. The road approaching to it is not that wide, so you can expect a definite traffic jam enroute. After buying tickets, you have to walk about 10-15 minutes (1.5 km) to reach the exact point. Please be aware about the sunset timings in mount abu and try to reach atleast 30-45 min before the scheduled time. As its set in the high hilly zone, sun sets in about 5-10 minutes before scheduled time. You will have the option to reach at the point by Horse or hand-drawn cart as well, but none of them are quite comfortable. Walking is probably the best way as nothing much steep is there. Due to very high turn-overs, the place is not clean and Dustbins are not there properly. Still a lovely place for photographers and nature-lover like us to go and enjoy the serene sunset view. You can also reach this spot by Baileys trail from Nakki lake through trekking. Do try to return as soon as the sun sets, as you will experience a havoc traffic jam while returning from the spot.

It is a must go place in mt abu. Make sure you reach atleast 15 min before the sunset at the main point. It will take 15 more minutes by foot to reach there from the parking.

The best time to visit this point is AFTER sunset not during or before - the reason for this being the crowd youll encounter at the point. Therell be a lot of people snapping photos here so its best to avoid the rush hour and walk towards this spot at the time of closing. By then, most of the people return and youll get enough time and space to enjoy the view.

View was too good. Can visit with friends, partner or family. U have to walk or can ride horse around 1 km as no vehicle are allowed at certain point. Ticket cost is 75 for Indian tourist and 35 for students. There are 3-4 points to watch sunset, u will have clear view of sunset around 6/30-7 pm depending duration of the year.

You can go by walk or can go by horse or kind of pulling rickshaw, both cost 100rs per person.You must visit this place , nice to enjoy the view and spend time.

Very bad experience. No arrangement from administration there. I cant understand that why they are charging Rs. 75/- per person as there is no facility at all. This is a clearly Loot from public. No basic facility is there even toilets which are most common & basic facility to provide.

Wow!! but may be because of Covid 19, nobody was visible. That was scary cos I was scared that exploring that place alone and since my mother has arthritis and was waiting down.... I was scared of being attacked by wild animals though I saw none just the sweeper who was sweeping politely

As the name says, the sunset is beautiful. One has to trek for atleast about 30 minutes to reach the top of the hill and its actually worth it. The scenes are awesome. One of the best spots in Mount Abu for photography. Although it can get a bit foggy during winters making it a bit spooky. There are many shops and dhabas on the way so one can easily enjoy snacks during the way. Also, there are many thorny plants here.

It is situated on a hill top decorated with natures beauty. The hill is covered with seasonal flowers. A true haven for photography lovers. During October, tge sunset was around 4:50 pm. Only downside is the steep road to the point. Carts are available but cart pullers are very reckless and causes discomfort. Person Vehicles are not allowed.

So during the sunset period, this place is severely crowded. So if you dont want to stand, I suggest you be here early. Do not take the pony or cart. The more steep climb is to the viewing posts anyway where pony or cart wont reach. The sunset is incredible as you are above the horizon line. Unlike most people stay a while after the sunset for some incredible colors in the sky.

BEST VIEW AND NATURE IS HERE....CAME -N-VISIT...MOUNT ABU (RAJASTHAN)

Situated at the dead end of the road, the cliff offers majestic views of the valley. Also has a Lord Ganesh temple and a natures trail. But cars are allowed for a very limited duration (like these days its till 3:00 PM only) so one has to walk for around 1.5 kms to reach here.

It was an awesome experience to see sunset from the top. I actually love sunsets and sunrises views. One of my colleagues were not ready to go up as they thought why to give money to see sunset. But I always love it so I went with a friend cum colleague. And it was just wow. Sunset Point is a beautiful place to visit. Youll feel really good because of the mountains filled with trees and bushes. Its a family place as well as a couple place. Please use stairs for moving around. Walking on mountains can be dangerous. Keep it clean.
