I am a resident of Pavani Palms . While the locality is good and the apartments look really good, the construction quality is very poor. It starts leaking during rains. Switch board are really weak which seem to come out when trying to plug a wire out. Doors are very weak , no timely delivery at all.. and very lethargic staff who just dont take our questions n concerns seriously.. Unplanned parking allotment causing huge chaos among the residents. They even try to break the portico and build some space for parking as the construction went wrong ..

Pavani Palms is one of the worst society I have never seen before .water shortage is like routine problem and also they dont have any type of electricity backup .the society members are always trying to create wall between northindia & South India.

Pavani palms is not a good place to live . Water problem ,drainage problem ,parking problem and many other problem like this .if you are planning to shift here then plz find some other better place

There are lots of issues in this society like water problem and drainage problem .If you are a family person then its not a good place to live try to find some other.

The place was terrible there was no 🚫 💧🚰 and electric🕹🔋🔌 the overall experience was the bad 👎👎👎👎👎👎

They depend on metro water mainly , the borewells give out salty water , anyone finding for a rented house there just keep in mind the water problem
