I have been contacting them for a week now still they are like I will visit today tomorrow but still dont know when they will visit, if the taking a connection from them is so damn easy what will be there service after the connection. Just a thought

Worst Service...if you any alternative Plz do not take SkyEdge connection. If internet down they will Never pick your call. You need to go their off and lodge complain & for follow up also you need to go to their offc . They will give 3-4 mobile no but call they will never pick..

Very bad service by the team skyedge,skynet, i have taken 50mbps speed but they are providing zero MBPS speed, i am not able to open a irctc sites it wilL take around 10-15 minutes open, sent multiple videos from this SKYEDGE/SKYNET/CITYBROADBAND team mates Alok but they didnt provide proper response.Very Bad service for Work From Home person, dont go for this one.ITs not able to give single star.

Update: Service restored on 4th day after escalating to management.!!!!! All good ratings are fake here. !!!!!I wish I could give 0 rating.Do not waste your hard earned money to this fake company. They will take your one-time installation charge and not provide any service. My wifi has been down for 3 days now!

If you really need to improve anything then please change the staff who is handling your work. They are putting all their efforts to shut your business. Customer service must be the first priority when you are in such business whereas Mr. Alok who is your so called head/boss here is taking care of everything in all unprofessional way. There is one more name Guddu who is assisting Mr. Alok in shutting down the business. First it took 4 days to get the connection that too after multiple follow-ups. Now just after 3 days I had some technical issue and the issue could not be resolved in 24 hours and now they are not answering my calls. Not sure when it could be resolved.

Today, my net has been spoiled for 5 days, but no staff is taking the response and only gives excuses on calling. Please plead with people that do not take such service, who has to take the net, do not take it very much worst service.😡😡😡

My experience is very bad. SkyEdge WiFi service has taken place. It run well during the day. No Doubt but even from 4:30 P.M., it does not run till 9:00 P.M. And yes, no phone calls even arises, these people irritate too much. When this happens, you do not know what to do. My net has not been running for the last 15 days and is not taking any respon from there.
