Indian Lake has Gotten better in the years I have been living there..

Great staff, caring and attentive. Maintenance is friendly and efficient. The apartments are quaint and cozy. Surrounded by a quiet neighborhood,and friendly neighbors. We moved our parents in, and I definitely didnt regret the decision.

I applied online because it said apartment was available but now I am on the waitlist? What happened?EDIT: Paid an app fee, turned in my info and was informed someone would reach out to me regarding my application it has been over 2 months and nothing!

Well we staying here now and Im disabled I got the sticker for the car and sign is put up also near my apartment...the manager said she cant do nothing about it other people car that not even handicap always in my parking spots and sometimes it hurt for me sometime.shoudl I get the news people involved,call the police on my own,get a lawyer or what...how you dont care bout the disabled

I LIVE HERE. THE APARTMENT IS STRAIGHT TRASH. THEY DNT DO ANYTHING. I REPEAT ANYTHING, BUT TAKE THE RENT. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR WRK 2 BE DONE ON MY APARTMENT 4 EVA, AND NOTHING DO NOT MOVE HERE.. HONESTLY ITS TRASH NOT WORTH A RED CENT.

This community has been home for me for the last 5 years. After my divorce in 2012 and living in an extended stay hotel for nearly 2 years, God led me here and its been quite cozy and comfortable. Ive met some pretty nice neighbors along the way as well. The management team has always been a joy to see and speak with. They continue to keep getting the job done for their residents. THANK YOU!!

I lived at this apartment complex for two years. The office staff members are always willing to listen to my needs. They are empathy and willing to work with their residents . They know their residents on the first name basis which made me feel more than just a resident; I felt like I was apart of a family. I am always greeted with a smile and familiar face. The maintenance staff is friendly as well and punctual when you need an item fixed in your unit. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed living here so much I even referred a friend to move to the complex. It is located in a great area minutes away from downtown Atlanta, Southlake Mall , I-75 and numerous food options. Based of my experience x I highly recommend you stop by Indian Lake Apartments.

I’d like to personally thank Sheneika for assisting me with my move in. She was very helpful and dedicated. Her consistency involving my new home brought clarity and peace that everything was going to be just fine. No rats, roaches or bedbugs, but there is some mold, and drafty windows and floors in the winter. Friendly neighbors and dont leave any valuables in car.

To accommodate the residents where trees are concerned,if the tree is interfering with your cable service,at least call tree service to trim the branches since the tree wont be cut down,that would show you appreciate the tenants concern and want to make sure their stay there is pleasant for them, especially when all you have to do is make a phone call, seeing that the rent is promptly raised every year, getting tree branches trimmed shouldnt in the least,be a problem!!!

This is my first apartment and Ive been here for 14 months,The women in the rent office are always nice to me and Ive never had a serious problem that they did not fix! The new manager is a sweetheart as well...If you are single with no kids I highly recommend!

The floor is making a lot of noises especially in the kitchen. so u can hear the stepping sounds coming from the other room. The maintenance is the worst one too.

Stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Did not come ahead not once. I call these kind of casinos a collector (you win enough to keep you playing but never get ahead of what you put into the machine). But the room were good.

I love this place. The staff is very pleasant and maintenance always takes care of my issues in a timely manner.

Do Not Move Here!!!!!!!!! I moved here last year and I regret it. After I had been staying here a couple months my shower head broke off. Maintenance fixed it the next day. However, a month later over half of the outlets stopped working and I called the emergency maintenance line to report it. I waited 3 days for maintenance to come fix the issue. When no one showed up on the 3rd day I fixed the issue myself. I reported it to management and was given a 50.00 credit toward my rent. I never had any break in issues but my neighbor found a huge snake inside her bathroom closet. The walls are very thin and the apt is way too small for the price. Overall, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

My first ever apartments . I was proud of myself but I found out what a bad choice it was . One time in the middle of the day two guys tried to kick down my door . I worked overnight and came home one morning and someone had cut the lock to get in and stole EVERYTHING! The person working there said it was the 3rd one that week and this was on a Tuesday ! I paid my rent on time & cleaned up after I left ! After the break in I was moved to another apartment and when I moved all the way out I got a letter from them saying I didnt owe anything ! But where was my deposit ? Why didnt I get it back ? Then a month later I got a letter saying I owed 1,024 from a debt collector ! On what though ? I nicely talked to the debt collector and they said they were going to call the apartments and 2 days I got a letter saying they took it off ! So if it was that easy , where they just trtrying to get my money !

Dont move here if you have more than one child. If you are going to be in a one bedroom. Plus watch out for snakes near the lake. Get a alarm too. These little kids kicking in doors. Also so called security dont do spit. And keep all of your maintenance request. They rarely fix spit. Rent too high for these types of apartments. Plain and simple, its not worth paying. Just being honest. Rent at your own risk. And for as management, well my mother told me if you cant say anything nice dont say anything at all. Now that should tell you something. Ijs. I wish I could give them 10 thumbs down and no stars.

I dated a guy who lived here in a one bedroom unit. He had mildew stains, mold in bathroom and ....Roaches and ants. I said call maintenance but he has dj equipment and was more concerned about that instead of getting sick. The trash dumpsters get full quick and you always see alot of cats. And yeah. Walls are super thin.

I came to visit a friend. I dont live there. What I saw on my drive through the complex looked inviting. I saw all types and ages of people.

This place needs total new staff! Do not move here you will regret it!!! They have old appliances like 90s old. Second maintenance is trash. Theyre old heads that need more training. Third they have high prices for nothing. The service is bad and they wont even call you back. I had mold in my bathroom for 3 months they they didnt SMELL anything. I CANT WAIT TO GET OUT WORSE EXPERIENCE

Ive been here for 5 years and I have no major complaints. Maintenance is OK they do their job. Management is OK as well but the office staff have changed some many times over the years I just stopped trying to get to know them. The apartments are good for anyone just starting out without a lot. But like most people in time you will out grow things. I have only heard of two issues with crime a break-in once and some kids shooting around the corner but nothing major here. My only grips are the place needs an update especially if they are going to raise the rent after 5 years things are starting to fall apart. Also the wildlife can be a problem. The geese use the bathroom everywhere during the spring, bugs arent a big issue thanks to pest control. I plan on moving at the end of this lease because I need more room otherwise this is a nice area quiet not too expensive and close to everything.

All the maintenance guys out there horrible they do not fix nothing roof has been leaking now for a month do not move out here the people in the office has a attitude when you call and then plus when I moved everybody was nice at first but now they hardly speak why pay rent to someone that dont care

A apartment extremely close to where my family and I live was shot up , the gun shots were so loud and sounded so close that we had to basically get down for protection. We were Terrified !!!!!!!! The next day when I went outside I seen bullet holes going through different apartments. The leasing office is not as concerned as they sound be !

Management on site are unprofessional. I experienced theft to all four tires of my vehicle on this property, and the situation was not handled professionally. I had to contact higher level management.

I stayed there for a year and the one bedroom apartment is too small for the price they charge. Like someone else said they dont give you a grace period for paying rent. When you move out you dont get your security deposit back either and now i have been getting phone calls from debt collectors saying I still owe them $164 for the replacement of carpet. My security deposit was $250 so it should not be that much to replace carpet

I dont know but im planning on moving here but i dont really know how it is to live here its seems quiet but i need answers lol i just want a cheap one bedroom thats nice and that dont have problems need good mantience

All types of bugs & spiders, shootings, maintenance sucks. They just want your money. Do not rent here! It is not worth it !!!

Ive stayed here for my 3rd year now... My rent went up in 5 dollar increments a year then my 3rd year it shoots up 30 bucks... They dont too much look into repairs before some one moves in and you have to call maintenence quite often. They arent very friendly and unlike most spots you rent from they dont give you a grace period just to milk more moneybfrom the renter... I had asked them about a 2 bed room a few times and they had yet to hit me back about one before it was time to resign my lease... I will either be breaking my lease or wait until renewal and give them my notice...

Ive lived here for three years. Idk what these reviews are talking about . Ive had no problems. Pest control is Masey and they do a great job.I can count on one hand the times Ive seen roaches spiders maybe but they arent a threat at all . I havent seen any break ins on my side. Very peaceful . The ONLY reason Im leaving is because I need a two bedroom and I want something bigger. Basically , if you pay your rent on time you wont have any problems . Anytime I needed something fixed they handle things ASAP . Im going to miss this place for sure. Terrible! Snakes around your doorstep, young people selling drugs, too small for 1 person! They are more worried about taking your money than anything! Trying not to mention they charge you for moving out! Horrible experience!

Extremely difficult to find any particular apartment since all the buildings are marked by numbers and so are the apartments themselves, instead of letters on the one and numbers on the other. Get it fixed guys
