I came here for 2 days in a row with my family. Great food, comfortable sitting and warm hospitality, they really do make it a point to make you comfortable while you are there. Will strongly recommend.

Very very lovely shack. We got beds and great service. You can rent a bed for as low as 100 bucks. Its on the beach and provides great experience.. you can just take a bed and chill here all day.

This is a gem of a place nestled in Morjims crowded surrounding. Food is top notch. Dont miss butter garlic prawns and calamari. The owner, Xavier is a local goan and a super friendly host. Lacks a little fancy ambience n all but the food, friendly staff and owner wont miss other things like an ambience. Just ask for anything and hell be there to help you. Support locals. Thanks mate!

Stayed at Xavier Cafe for the first timewhen visiting Morjim. The rooms are very clean and are of a decent size. They have a very friendly and adorable dog Jimmy who stays at the property. The food at the Cafe is very very good. Everything is prepared fresh and delicious. Manager Alex and Mahesh from the restaurant are great guys who really take care of their guests. Definitely recommended.

The place is clean kid friendly and close to the beach with excellent friendly staff including the owners. Rooms are clean and well maintained with air conditioning and tv. Bedding is clean. Food from the cafe is freshly made by knowledgeable chefs, all in all a must visit location if you are in Morjim, Goa’s most serene beach.

This was my first ever visit out of all my other goa trips to morjim beach. This is the only indian place there out of all the russian neighbourhood. The location is amazing, right on the beach with beach touch cafe and service to beach tables. Hospitality is very friendly and comfortable. Very clean beaches and no cheap crowd at all. I went for christmas n was expecting bomb of a cheap crowd this time but surprisingly it was having very good indian families n couples and rest all russian. Its like mini russia in goa. The restaurants play russian music, menu is in russian and 80% crowd is russian. U will find nice massage parlours at real good price run by russians. This place is between vagator and arambol so u have options to go north or south with equal amount of time. Very safe n secluded clean part of goa, but avoid beach walks at night as its very deserted at night unlike anjuna and baga. A good place for families and couples and bachelor guys will not enjoy here so stay away.

My partner and I went for a vacation. We booked a cottage with fan. The restaurant is just across the street. In fact there are a few restaurants down the street. However there are other food joints available which is more cost effective within a few kilometers. Bike rental is also available just around the corner. But if you dont want to burn a hole in your pocket, you can check with a few vendors around Morjim. The major attractions were Morjim Beach, Mandrem Beach and Arambol Beach. Since the property is located at Morjim. The Morjim beach is at a walking distance. In order to visit the other beaches, one can rent a bike. The bed was not comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on thin mattresses. The bed sheets and the blankets were not clean. The staff was unfriendly. They were unprofessional. One of the major problems is cleanliness. On top of it unsatisfactory amenities. I would not recommend this place to any family or couples. I hope this review will help them to get better.

I read the review on google and came here. I was not sure if it was worth it. But indeed the food, hospitality and good service. Definitely up to the mark THANKS TO Alex and Crew!!! Highly recommended. I will certainly visit this cafe again whenever am in Goa.

Surprised by fake reviews about excellent hospitality and service....Had been at the place a while ago and it was second worst experience apart from bagha....PLEASE beware of a waiter that serves on shack with a pony tail as he doesnt like to entertain indian crowd multiple times....manager was quite ok who wanted to reprimand the waiter which I am not sure as I left immediately...If you are an Indian that too with your family, avoid the place....Most Important.. Message to Alex the owner....Hope you will raise above from just lip service and do something about your hospitality rather depending just on fake reviews....do something about the waiter consumer interaction quality if you really consider guests as god....thanks

Xavier Cafe is the most reasonable restaurant and hotel at Morjim. Staff is very friendly and warm. I would definitely like to visit this cafe again.Location is beach facing, food is amazing and staff is super cool.Must visit.

Absolutly worst experience ever. We had just eaten and wanted to just enjoy sun and maybe to take couple of drinks. Ordered 1 beer, but that was surely not enough. Was asked to pay 200rupees for sunbeds or leave. So we left and took our business elsewere.

Best service I have ever seen anywhere.very helpful staff, very decent n ready to answer any question that u ask.location is the best. you can jus fix the open pores of the cottage to make couple feel tension free n much more relaxed.

Great location,pretty decent food with nice service.the staff are very helpful,the catch is that if you have an extra person (I.e. 3 people to a room) then the setup is a little shabby. in our room the shower wasnt working properly either.

Want to be away from all worldly tension then this is a place for you. keep in mind that they wont provide you with toiletries and other kits so no free grabs. You have to get it on your own. All you get is a room key a towel and all space for yourself. I enjoyed my stay hope you will too. Dont get in to the property of you like places like bags and calengute.

Was supposed to stay here for a day , but ended up staying for 3 days . Huts are small but clean . The cafe is located just over the beach . The waiters and owner Alex is very friendly . Ambience is very good . Though the closing time of the cafe is 11 PM , they let you sit and enjoy till you are done . I would recommed this place .

Good resort...living place doesnt have beach side view..,good staff member..have both ac and non AC room....Would prefer to take ac room as their room are build of wood...so non AC room could make you feel stucked and hot during nights..

Stayed there for a couple of days. nice wooden cottage with hot and cold water. good restaurant next to the cottages. they have their own shacks where u can chill at the beach. though i found the restaurant menu a bit overpriced but was a 4 out of 5 experience. a must recommendation from me.

We book a standard room in which u have on TVs or ac .. As u people see the image tagged.. They are lots of gaps or hole in that wood cottage .. Xaviers cottage is okay for friends to stay but not for couples or family .. Cou on good light arrangements at night time its very scary... Very near to beach ... We were on 20 Jan in that properly.. No other people were on that day .. Only me and my wife were in that cottage on that day .. It was very very scary..
