Overall great experience. Rooms were bug and clean. Service was good. Food served at the restaurant was great. Some small issues were there but can be manageable.

A quite, calm place, but it doesnt have much to offer. Although it doesnt burn through your wallet, it doesnt reach minimum standards. We were not provided with basic room maintenance.

They did not even check IDs on checking in. They unlocked the door without permission and switched off the AC as we told the staff that we are leaving it on as huts are very hot. Staff later denied as he was scared for his job and so did we not raise issue to help him. Pathetic place don’t ever book this waste of money.

Undoubtedly one of the best stays if you plan to explore north goa, neat & clean cottages, clean swimming pool, restaurant food is good, a little overpriced (food)I may say, property is well connected to the beach and the view is great.Hospitality is good, services are fast, people are helping and understanding, also I read a few reviews saying of electricity fluctuations, but there is no such issue in my over a week stay.There is only on con which I can say and that is if you are coming to party and wish to go to calangute and baga then you will have to spend 30 mins in travelling, but if your motive is to go for a vacation and relax then thi is certainly one of the best places to be in Goa.

The luxury wooden cottage theme is really nice, huge spacious rooms, however the place had a lot of electricity fluctuations and the air conditioner had issues throughout the stay. When we raised a complaint to the owner, they were very cooperative in giving some discount towards the stay for compensating. However the owner and the front desk receptionist’s behaviour while checking out was outrageous. The receptionist needs to work on his hospitality skills and basic human etiquettes on how to speak to clients. The owner also was passed very rude comments while checkout. Overall the place is decent, however the people managing it are pathetic.

If you are visiting Goa for few days, Morjim is the best beach to spend your time on. Also, if you are looking for a beach resort, Rock Bite is the ultimate destination that wont cringe your pockets as well. It has good rooms with service and you step out of your rooms to land on the beach. The fresh air and calmness makes the stay even more blissful. Do try it!

Reasonably priced, decent rooms and well located bang on the beach. Unfortunately the rooms don’t face the sea and as is normal of many beach side Eco shacks , are row cottages facing each other than facing the sea. Food was ok, no sanitation aspects followed, even the chefs and kitchen area I witnessed casual to no Covid precautions! A little bit of finesse required!

Electric supply is irregular in the resort. This is a kind of problem in most of the offbeat beaches in goa.food is ok. Complimentary breakfast is not up to the mark. rooms are beautiful. Delux rooms interior is good. Location is best in the price range. You can get scooty/car rental here in the resort. Try offline booking over phone for best rates.

Best are the Cottage rooms, specially Cottage No.5 as it has sea view.Only thing is we would love to see more option in Breakfast.one more thing it is same as shown in pictures.

I dont think I could have asked for a better place to spend my time on New Years Eve. Really comforting stay with good food and ambience. Mayur as a host was the icing on the cake.

We stayed at the independent cottage here. Lots of voltage issues so our air conditioning didnt work(all 3 units), fans dont have speed control, so u either suffer in the heat or sleep under a helicopter. Not even a floor mat at the door or a towel hanger in the bathroom. Fridge kept shutting off. Lights dimming on and off constantly. Very uncomfortable stay with a young child who got sick due to these issues.

Horrible experience I had while staying here in the month of July. The road to this property is horrible. I had a booking which included breakfast but the staff gave some excused and took money from us for the breakfast. Highly disappointing Im every aspect.

Nice Property. Clean Room and toilet. Accessibility is issue if you are coming by own car. One goggle map route will lead to muddy water. We stuck there and had to call for towing services. So be careful.Food was good. Breakfast was complimentary.

Clean. Decent. Beach morjim. One word goa. For the north of Goa, I think one of the best hotels. A good restaurant. For breakfast, coffee and toast. Juice to choose from. A recipe is made of a different type. As you ask. A restaurant with beach access with its sun beds. The hotel area is clean. Cleaned and watered. Room cleaning on request. Offers - refused. Food delivery in the room is free. The location is very convenient, especially if you are guided where and what. From the reception on the right you will go. You will find fruits, then the wine market. 5 minutes walk. Near the wine market there is a cafe. Alcohol is allowed. yummy. Worthy. Well, then you can go to the central road with markets.On the left you will go from the reception (to the road) Bora Bora you will find (on the left). And to the right to the central road. Have a nice rest.

Cafe at the hotel, the prices are the usual like on the whole beach, there are few people, they ordered limonella fish (maybe they didn’t write it right). Tasty, large portion, enough for two, costs 1000 rupees. Nearby there is massage, cheaper than in other places, massage is done well, the back and shoulders are 500 rupees, ayur kiji massage is 1200 rupees

They asked us to put an additional sunbed for us, since everyone was busy, they said ok, no problem, just order something for now. As a result, we waited 40 minutes, everyone waved away from us and we never saw any sun loungers. Stupid scam!

The hotel has one fat plus, which crosses out many of the shortcomings: access from the territory directly to the beach. Even if you can’t walk, crawling is not a problem. Near the beach shower, rinse the sand and salt. Breakfast, as everywhere, for the money, is no different. You will not swell from hunger. There is also a regular menu, you can order for every taste. The staff is polite, on the beach in the evenings they cook fresh seafood. Otherwise, everything corresponds to the declared one star at the booking. Minimalism. The safe is only at the reception, there is hot water, the pressure is normal, the condo, satellite and a fairly new TV that reads most formats from a flash drive. In the evening, except for crickets, no one breaks the silence. A bed in a room can easily accommodate three if someone is traveling with children. We live in room B1, over a canopy-type bed, the idea came up to hang towels on a frame to dry. Wipe the top rungs with toilet paper, waiting for a layer of red dust. The paper remained almost perfectly clean. I was very surprised to use censorship words. The hotel has parking, but the baggage bus does not carry there, a very narrow road. A car arrives from the hotel on the big road and takes tourists to the hotel. For those who are not the first time in Goa, and the hotel only goes to sleep, the option is good. Before that, we were in Adamo in Calangute and red Fox right there in Morjim, rock byte, of course, is different from them, but the price, excuse me, is not for 3-4 stars. There are types of cottages here, they are even closer to the beach, the left side, if facing the beach, is fresher and more expensive, the right one is older and cheaper. Otherwise, everything matches the photo.

Shek on the beach. Very extensive menu, prices are average between three other cafes nearby. You could sit both at the table and relaxed on the mattress, watching the sun go down at sea. The portions were great, the food is much tastier. Also on the territory there is a shower with fresh water.
