Sunshine Services is an amazing place. Staffed by volunteers, they provide mobility assistance and senior living aids for FREE to Sun City residents. They have a very fast registration and equipment pickup and warehousing operation. Cant say enough good things about them. Fabulous!

Sunshine services will provide all sorts of helpful devices from rollaway beds all the way down to canes, toilet products, etc for their clients in Sun City at no cost to the person who is receiving the service. They have been around as long as I can remember, certainly more than 40 years, and they do this without charge using volunteer labor who are friendly and knowledgeable and who will help you to pack the stuff into your vehicle so you can get it home. There is no limit as to how long you may use the materials they provide. One of the truly best services around. Heck, I may just mail them a contribution!

Other than the first wheelchair that three people had to pry me out of because I sat down on it fine but was wedged in that every time I tried to get up, the wheelchair wanted to get up with me. The staff was extremely nice and fun to be with doing business.

This is such an amazing service for all of us who live in Sun City. Im so thankful for their kindness and service. Everyone was very pleasant and treated me with respect, kindness, and sincerity. Many thanks!!

Awesome organization that will lend you equipment you need for no charge. All they ask for is a donation when you bring back the equipment.

Sunshine Service deserves TEN stars!! I lived in Sun City many years before I learned about Sunshine. What an amazing staff of volunteers, both in the office as well as the volunteers who bring the medical equipment to your car... Even helping you safely load the medical equipment in your vehicle!!! Plus, they provided FREE delivery of the power lift chair my mom needed.They have a large inventory of medical durable items to loan out, but I understand our tips/donations go to their continued successful operation. Thank you to ALL the hard working volunteers who have made such an positive impact on the quality of life for both my parents!!

The wait was an hour and I had to go home and call to turn off my phone lines.

All Sun City residents are able to borrow equipment needed because of physical needs due to aging or accident and health issues. Having children visiting? Ask about items that might make your home more comfortable for them.

We are so grateful for the medical equipment provided free of charge for our parents. The personnel are friendly and very helpful and very appreciative of the donations we have made over the years. They have a very large variety of medical devices and equipment that would have cost us hundreds of dollars to purchase. I would highly recommend this organization.

This organization was so helpful in providing durable medical equipment to my father during his final days. With the rising costs of healthcare, it was a relief to find a group of folks to defer the cost of what would have been very large purchases. My father has passed, but our family continues to make donations. Its a small way to pay it forward so they can continue their good work.

The people here are so friendly and helpful. I have used their service when I wad caring for my Dad in the late 90s and now when my boyfriend is moving in with me and needs ramps and a shower bench. They are a lifesaver. Thank you and God bless all of you.

Great place if you live in Sun City and want to borrow a wheelchair, power lift chair, other items that require a prescription. They also have stuff for Sun City residents with visitors - baby play stuff, etc. No car seats

I have an account with sunshine, I called in the a.m. and was told to come down I got a ride to sunshine and a SNOTTY redhead told me I had to go to the youngtown medical rental place first -even though id called sunshine earlier in the day and was told to come down and have a current account with sunshine. the redhead was rude and seemed annoyed by my presence and was COMPLETLY uninterested in helping anything. I would NOT RECCOMEND sunshine service I found it VERY UNFRIENDLY and UNHELPFUL as in not nice. I do not understand why this place exists because it is clearly not there to help senior citizens. go to thrift store instead youll have a better day.
