Very bad service,They are not providing delivery in some areas of the Morbi city which are near to their office like within 2-3 kilometres and approaching customers to collect their parcel from office. Then what is the meaning of courier service if we have to take it from their office. GTA(Transporter) also providing this type of service at reduced cost.

Even after repeated requests, the concerned person from DTDC Morbi said that he would not deliver my package. And threatened me that If I dont collect my package, theyll return it without my permission. Ive told him that I have to spend my entire day at office, so its not possible for me to go to their office and as I am new to this city, there is literally no one to whom I can request to collect my package. Then the concerned person rudely told me, I have a lot of work to do. So, dont you call me ever again. And hang up on me.I have availed DTDC service several times from Ahmedabad to Kolkata. But this is unexpected. These guys are spoiling the reputation of DTDC. Very rude and unprofessional.
