Quote made for a boiler with accessories made on November 12th. On the 19th of the same month, I wanted to order on the basis of the estimate received a few days beforehand and there all of a sudden the seller told me that they were wrong on the price of the boiler on an amount of 200 euros. Do you think they do?Could not maintain the quote price and the seller was not very pleasant. Sorry we made a mistake and I am modifying your quote with the supplement of 200 euros.Never seen !Being in the trade and independent, when I announce a price of a quote even if it is changed 7 days later or fault on my part, I accept my error and do not charge the customer especially for 200 euros more and with the said manner.Conclusion, sorry but I will go to the closest competitor who is at the same price after increasing the quote but having greater sympathy.Too bad for pyrotech, I am starting the renovation of my house but I will no longer set foot in them ...
